部屋はシンプルで清潔、 暖房やシャワーなどの設備は新しく快適、 スタッフはフレンドリー、 レストランの食事はハイレベル、 周囲は自然が豊かで静か、 記念日にとても良い滞在ができました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトともにレセプションに列ができていたところだけは改善の余地があると思います。

Staff were amazing. But when you’re paying £260 per night for a room, I would’ve expected far more than what we receive. It was quite small and the temperature was way too high. It was a summers evening, and the hotel did provide a fan; But the temperature was still unacceptable and the fan had a little or no effect. You couldn’t even open the windows very much to let air in.

Nice accommodation with many original features. Good price. Restaurant was excellent, beyond expectations. Will highly recommend.

Wonderful stay with friends visiting Ascot - room was small but comfy - but did nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom as no cabinet or sink top ! Top window was wide open too so room was freezing on the first night. Lots of positives, all staff were kind and helpful - electric charging point on site albeit we moved our car once charged a cheeky Tesla owner just left their car there even when not charging Bedding was really comfy and the toiletries were a nice touch - breakfast was delicious and served quickly Highly recommend - Shame no on site jacuzzi or pool attached to the gym even if chargeable I would have paid Overall will stay again and recommend to others

I had very little sleep because room 103 was located above the courtyard where all the noisy electrical plant for the kitchen, bulk freezer etc are sited. Even with the windows shut, the constant hum was unbearable, and I had a miserable night. Also, the main ceiling light didn't work, and the cold basin tap only delivered warm water.

Class hotel and surroundings, lovely garden,Rooms excellent

The long drive and grounds are beautiful. The lift was broken and no attempt to ask anyone to help me with cases and bags . The shower was great but the angle of spray kept flooding the floor so we used 3 towels permanently to soak up the water so we could use the bathroom and the fan was very noisy

Nice stay, but in my opinion the restaurant prices were excessive - £1.00 for a glass of soda water, £3.00 for a small bottle of sparkling water, £19.00 for a Chicken Caesar Salad????

Lights didn’t work in my room but the staff where greet and got everything sorted

The history of the hotel was printed out for me by receptionist. Very friendly and helpful.

Business trip for 1 night. A lovely hotel. My TV remote didn't work and the receptionist sorted it straight away and then came to find me in the bar to tell me it was done. Great service.

Stayed 2 nights for a business trip. A lovely building with great facilities. Breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant were very good. Great location for getting to farnborough for events. I've stayed 4 times now and have always enjoyed it.

Lovely location, quiet and well presented

Impressive building and lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly and parking was easy. Bed was very soft and only thick pillows which meant I didn’t sleep as well as normal.

Decent hotel... I was in the annex building where the rooms seem fairly new and were well decorated and appointed. Nice bathroom, which was very warm. Beds were comfy and overall would stay again.
