部屋はシンプルで清潔、 暖房やシャワーなどの設備は新しく快適、 スタッフはフレンドリー、 レストランの食事はハイレベル、 周囲は自然が豊かで静か、 記念日にとても良い滞在ができました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトともにレセプションに列ができていたところだけは改善の余地があると思います。

The hotel rooms are very overheated with no thermostat to control the radiator. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep and we had to open the window to remove as much heat as possible. This is also ridiculous for a hotel which claims environmental credentials! We were also very aware of cost cutting measures. Only one loo roll provided and no tissues. Highlighted by them hiding the tissue box cover in a wardrobe! Our shower flooded the bathroom and we felt that the paintwork etc was just a bit grubby. We were also disappointed that when we went to check out that reception was not staffed. We waited over five mins and went to look for staff but found none! This really doesn’t present as professional standards.

The stay was seamless from arriving to checking out. I had dinner both evening at the bar and restaurant, and both were lovely. The grounds to the hotel are just stunning and the gym is well equipped. It would have been good to have had information in the room about the services and the hotel. The QR code didn’t work in my room. Great stay and would come back.

No staff frequently on reception or room service so had to go down often to access them Dinner girls seemed very indifferent to their work Disappointing

Stayed in the annexe building verses the main one and albeit smaller room the bed was super comfy and quiet - easy parking and electric charging - could do with cars being moved once fully charged as only 2 charging points - great shower and lovely toiletries

Clean room , did have a bizarre challenge although we were staying as residents for an evening wedding reception we were refused service at the residents bar as we were going to the wedding! The wedding was running late had to help staff clear the room and wait over an hour before we could get a drink!!

Extremely safe and well maintained property. Staff were very friendly.

The staff were amazing, helpful, polite and professional, I would suggest changing the pillows, as they were far too big and uncomfortable.The breakfast is great value for money, which was lovely, sadly our evening meal I felt was overpriced for the amount we received, compared to the bar meal we had the following day, which was amazing. The cleanliness was rather lacking in places, with cobwebs hanging in the corners and over the actual bed of room 217, there were dead flies on skirting boards behind the curtains and rubbish on top of the wardrobe, infact 5 empty champagne bottles and dusty coat hangers to be precise. Fantastic setting for weddings and events I feel, but not for weekends away.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful. The bar staff were great. The gym was a really good gym.

Great hotel. Bar service was dreadful. Barman kept disappearing leaving 3 people waiting 10mins to be served. When I got food it was luke warm at best. Such a shame as everything else was good. Great surroundings. Comfy room.

A beautiful and Great hotel very friendly staff, will defiantly return the only thing which is minor, but the room didn’t have aircon a fan is in the room but aircon would’ve been nice, it was very hot in the room this hotel is a perfect getaway, I found Expedia to be the cheapest option

This was a return visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I have to say all of the staff were so attentive and welcoming with professionalism added. We were greeted in our room by a special little touch with a card and mini cakes…lovely. Our only disappointment was the time it took from ordering our main to receiving it was 55 minutes. The breakfast was wonderful also and served promptly with a smile. Thank you for another lovely stay at your beautiful hotel.

Grand , delightful, perfect wedding venue or short stay . I had a mansion room , paid extra , was smaller than expected . Very warm at night need the fan provided . Fairly clean and updated . Room was freshened up in a fashion for the 2nd night , after a very sweaty first night could have refreshed pillow covers but didn’t . Food was expensive and very limited at the hotel . Opted to eat elsewhere the 2nd night . Grounds are gorgeous . Sunny days sat out . Gym is large and very well equipped . Cooked breakfast good , continental limited .

Room was not ready at 4 p.m. and was pretty dirty but the hotel claimed it was cleaned in under 10 minutes.

Beautful grounds. Quiet .

Outstanding hotel and the bar/restaurant was reasonably priced. Would definitely return.
