隣との壁が薄く、くしゃみが聞こえた。

立地がよく、個人旅行に適しているとても素敵なホテルでした。

客室は常に清潔に保たれていました。 タオルが使い古されていてゴワゴワしていました。 ミニタオルが最終日にしかなかったです。 全体的には満足です。

ロンドンのホテルにしたらバスルームはじめスペースが広く、ライティングデスク、ナイトテーブルもあって使いやすかったです。

ロンドンの中心地にありながら、静かで居心地良くすごせました。バスタブがあり、バスルームも広く使いやすかった。

高級住宅地だけあり、閑静で落ち着いた環境でした。また、ホテル内部はモダンでありながら品があり、スタッフもフレンドリーでありながら格式高く、お部屋もセンスの良さと 設備とを兼ね備えた居心地の良いものでした。地下鉄スローンプレイスまでも近く、治安も良いので安心の滞在でした。またチャンスがあればリピートしたいホテルです。

Cosy hotel, nice neighbourhood. Breakfast was nice but maybe a bit overpriced. Very small room but fine for a city trip where you are actually not using the room that much.

What they refer to as double rooms are small to be single rooms. The same goes for the bed, had a territorial battle with my wife😊

This hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. Walking distances to plenty of restaurants and good location if you are planning to do some shopping. The restaurant at the hotel was very good too. My only complaint I have is that the front desk guy seemed a bit discriminating. I was waiting for my driver in the lobby with my family and 3 luggage’s and there was also another lady with the 2 luggages waiting. When her ride got there he got up and opened the door for her and helped her with her luggage’s. He wss super nice and helpful to her and when our driver got there he saw that I was struggling to open the door and trying to take 2 of my luggage’s, my wife was struggling with hers too and my sons backpack and he didn’t even bother to hold the door or even leave his stand. I don’t need him to baby us like the other lady but he should be fair and at least hold the door. He was a darker guy maybe early 30’s (not British) . Other than that the hotel is beautiful and all the staff is awesome.

Property is dated and in need of refresh. Carpets in common staircase and in room are stained/dirty. No mini fridge in room. After hours the main entrance is closed, with the notice of the alternate entrance posted in the dark behind the glass doors that is illegible.

Excellent breakfasts. Great staff at check in and check out. Hope to be back soon.

Good location for tube and bus travel. Staff were lovely. Evening meal in the restaurant was great!

Fantastisk fint hotell med god frokost

We enjoyed our stay at Sloane Place. The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were in good condition, but smaller than they looked in the photos.
