とても丁寧なサービス、綺麗に手入れされた部屋、落ち着く立地。バス停にも近く出かけやすい。

隣との壁が薄く、くしゃみが聞こえた。

立地がよく、個人旅行に適しているとても素敵なホテルでした。

クラブの併設に興味があります。

客室は常に清潔に保たれていました。 タオルが使い古されていてゴワゴワしていました。 ミニタオルが最終日にしかなかったです。 全体的には満足です。

ロンドンのホテルにしたらバスルームはじめスペースが広く、ライティングデスク、ナイトテーブルもあって使いやすかったです。

ロンドンの中心地にありながら、静かで居心地良くすごせました。バスタブがあり、バスルームも広く使いやすかった。

高級住宅地だけあり、閑静で落ち着いた環境でした。また、ホテル内部はモダンでありながら品があり、スタッフもフレンドリーでありながら格式高く、お部屋もセンスの良さと 設備とを兼ね備えた居心地の良いものでした。地下鉄スローンプレイスまでも近く、治安も良いので安心の滞在でした。またチャンスがあればリピートしたいホテルです。

Old world charm , location fantastic , great beginning to our holiday

I enjoyed the breakfasts however it could have been quicker.

The hotel reception was fresh clean and cool, the entrance through and the hallway to the rooms are beautiful and clean with lovely vibe. It was only 5 minute walk from the tube, so a great location. Our room was a king room, the decor is lovely, clean and comfy. The bathroom is also finished to a high standard with wonderful Molton brown toiletries. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was Hotels.com would never buy through them again customer service was horrific! But this isn't the hotels fault.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to others. The location is great for walking around.

After being in crowded tourist areas all day, it was a pleasure to return to this beautiful neighborhood where I felt surrounded by locals, not other tourists. The location was great and we had no trouble catching a train or buses to other locations. Then it was a straight shot to Heathrow at the end.

We booked this hotel based on the wonderful description and photographs advertised on their website for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. WE WERE BITTERLY DISAAPOINTED. Firstly, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to access our room earlier than expected. The receptionist asked for payment which we were sure we had already paid via Hotels.com? We were looking forward to booking dinner that Friday evening but were told that the restaurant shuts at 3pm. That was the first disappointment. We later managed to locate an available restaurant along the Kings Road although many were already fully booked. That evening we came back to spend time in their lounge and bar. When we asked the receptionist where we should be heading, she informed us that there wasn't a bar or a lounge for guests staying at their hotel, despite advertising a stunning bar on their website! Apparently, the bar/lounge had been shut for a year and still, this is shown as a facility on their website. We find this an appalling and totally misleading marketing strategy which we feel needs to taken further. With regard to our payment; we were able to confirm with Sloane Place that we already paid for hotel via Hotel.com 6 weeks prior. Despite several reassurances, we have yet to receive a refund for the duplicate payment. We feel absolutely MIS-SOLD and this one night stay ruined what should have been a wonderful celebration in a top class hotel.

Clean room, quiet for London, really pleasant staff allowed us to check in early which was added bonus. The location is great. Good value for what you get. We had Chelsea king rooms and they were both lovely and a decent size. we will definitely be returning.

El mejor hotel!! TODO, absolutamente TODO el personal super amable. Nos dieron early check inn, y late check out sin costo ( super lo agradezco) El desayuno mágico. La zona hermosa !! Y con todos los medios de transporte convenientes. La habitación súper cómoda y el hotel impecable

Clean hotel in a convenient location. The bar was closed so couldn’t get a drink in there at the end of the day. Room was nice but quite small.
