I enjoyed the breakfasts however it could have been quicker.

The hotel reception was fresh clean and cool, the entrance through and the hallway to the rooms are beautiful and clean with lovely vibe. It was only 5 minute walk from the tube, so a great location. Our room was a king room, the decor is lovely, clean and comfy. The bathroom is also finished to a high standard with wonderful Molton brown toiletries. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was Hotels.com would never buy through them again customer service was horrific! But this isn't the hotels fault.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to others. The location is great for walking around.

After being in crowded tourist areas all day, it was a pleasure to return to this beautiful neighborhood where I felt surrounded by locals, not other tourists. The location was great and we had no trouble catching a train or buses to other locations. Then it was a straight shot to Heathrow at the end.

We booked this hotel based on the wonderful description and photographs advertised on their website for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. WE WERE BITTERLY DISAAPOINTED. Firstly, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to access our room earlier than expected. The receptionist asked for payment which we were sure we had already paid via Hotels.com? We were looking forward to booking dinner that Friday evening but were told that the restaurant shuts at 3pm. That was the first disappointment. We later managed to locate an available restaurant along the Kings Road although many were already fully booked. That evening we came back to spend time in their lounge and bar. When we asked the receptionist where we should be heading, she informed us that there wasn't a bar or a lounge for guests staying at their hotel, despite advertising a stunning bar on their website! Apparently, the bar/lounge had been shut for a year and still, this is shown as a facility on their website. We find this an appalling and totally misleading marketing strategy which we feel needs to taken further. With regard to our payment; we were able to confirm with Sloane Place that we already paid for hotel via Hotel.com 6 weeks prior. Despite several reassurances, we have yet to receive a refund for the duplicate payment. We feel absolutely MIS-SOLD and this one night stay ruined what should have been a wonderful celebration in a top class hotel.

Clean room, quiet for London, really pleasant staff allowed us to check in early which was added bonus. The location is great. Good value for what you get. We had Chelsea king rooms and they were both lovely and a decent size. we will definitely be returning.

Clean hotel in a convenient location. The bar was closed so couldn’t get a drink in there at the end of the day. Room was nice but quite small.

Great location, friendly staff, nice bathroom

We enjoyed our stay at Sloane Place. The room was quite small, but had a nice bathroom and coffee service in the room. The location is good - safe and quiet. The hotel only offers breakfast and lunch service but there are some good restaurants nearby for dinner.

We were upgraded to Sloane Club which was excellent in every area including fantastic staff. Wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Training needed for waiting staff at Sloane Place at breakfast. Upgraded didn’t include breakfast in the club restaurant, we had to return to the original restaurant for breakfast. That is where it went wrong. The staff didn’t have us on their list. In front of all the people in the small restaurant I had to show our booking, it felt like we weren’t trusted. Everyone in the restaurant heard the staff saying we weren’t on the list but we had been upgraded in strange voices. We waited 28 minutes for staff to come to take our order. People around us were being served but not us. Others arrived at tables and orders taken within 5 minutes. Staff treated them well but not us. It was like we’d done something wrong. At 28 minutes I asked if we could order. Our food and drinks arrived 47 minutes after we had arrived for breakfast. Ours took twice as long as everyone else in the restaurant. We really appreciated being upgraded, however, we felt that our overall experience was diminished because of the breakfast staff. Everyone and everything else was fantastic.

Fantastic location and quiet! So close to the tube, and all the Sloane Square wonders. My room needed a bit of a refresh- just a little shabby and old feeling. Also, I wish the re was a gym. BUT the staff was great, as was the breakfast.

Clean room good location

Great bolt-hole just off Sloane Square. Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast. Just what we needed.
