たくさんのお店で、たくさんの料理をいただきとても満足しています。部屋のお湯がでなかった時が一度ありましたが、とても快適な二日間でした。

ホテルのスタッフは私が英語をあまり話せなくてもコミュニケーションを取ってくれる親切なスタッフでした。シービューイングの部屋も素晴らしく、オールインクルーシブホテルはお金を持たずに動ける安心感がありました。しかしながら、部屋のミニバーはお金がかかりました。

The ocean was beautiful. The facilities were a little old. Service was very good.

Outdated resort, buffet is garbage, resort is EXTREMELY outdated like old old! Washrooms are not nice. If you get ocean view it’s not bad view! Restaurant food is nice but once again buffet is completely garbage. Staff is nice. Location is good right beside the Cancun strip. Only bar rail alcohol included. Cost money for good liqour. By the way, water bottles cost money which is crazy and not cool. Overall decent price for a family. Rooms r way too thin you can hear everything next door rooms with no privacy.

The room was out of date and the bed was not comfortable at all the ocean view not what it show on the picture The staff was OK I’ve been in Cancun in other places a lot better this place I will never go back and I don’t recommend it to people

Tremendous staff, welcoming atmosphere, drinks always cold.

Everyone went out of their way for us. The front desk, bartenders, and concierge were very accommodating. The rooms were old but clean. There was a mini bar(no alcohol) and coffee maker which were all convenient. Oh and nightly entertainment lead by GIO was very fun. If you have a choice stay here at the Krystal Cancun NOT the Krystal Grand.

Hotel, room was great! The staff was nothing but Magnificent! The room view was amazing, clean and well maintained, although somewhat worn. Property is absolutely not handicap safe, too many stairs with no adequate hand rails. As smokers, it was almost impossible! We met Amazing guest and had a magnificent trip! Not advisable for visitors with visual or physical handicaps.

We don’t like all inclusive, at the buffet not really variety choices and the service at buffet not friendly!!! I’m so disappointed this hotel about the room is so so old, need renovate all the rooms for this hotel!!

I honestly had a great time in the hotel

The room was clean. I also liked Aqua Marina restaurant because of variety and a good quality of food. The beach is wonderful.

The rooms were kept spotless. The service was bar none top-tier. My only disappointment was with room service. You have to pay for them to deliver your food to the room. Yeah that’s a real thing.

Room was very poor and they made me pay 400 more for a room already booked or said I would be on a lower floor in oldest tower. Staff is hit or miss. Bar tender at swim up bar was just miserable and insulting. Beach is nice but loud and crowded. If you don’t reserve chairs by 7:30 -8 u will be sitting on sand. Restaurants are pretty decent but buffet is pretty mediocre. I wouldn’t go back… many better resorts with exceptional service..

Great value for the money

Rooms were not clean upon arrival, lack of variety of food and only one out of the three restaurants were good.

Clean rooms, fresh towels everyday

Huone ei kylläkään vastannut esitteessä olevaa huonetta. Parvekkeen edessä oli iso palmu, ei voinut puhua merinäkymästä. Parvekkeelle ei voinut mennä ilman kenkiä, teräviä laastin sirpaleita. Muuten kaikki ok, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone 3309.

Overall stay was pleasant, but I would not do the all inclusive again. Very basic food and beverages.

Give it 3/5 because front desk had poor service my experience. We needed towels, i attempted yo call front desk no one answered, i had to walk down front desk only to be met with that department was on lunch. You would think as busy as this hotel is they have staff to alternate. Also we needed to sign up for excursions only to be diverted to sign up for hotel agents we didnt need or ask for . The sale man Alberto was very pushy, forcing us to sign up even after we voice we only wanted excursions he kept pushing. Sounds like a person who need more training in sales otherwise fired
