The ocean was beautiful. The facilities were a little old. Service was very good.

およそ清潔なホテルでありプールやその他設備も良い。しかし、お願いした事（部屋の掃除やタオル交換など）が遅い或いは結局誰も来ないなど従業員の動きが鈍い レストランの従業員もやる事が遅い、無視されるなど対応に少し不満あり

The all inclusive is not really all.inclusive. it hits you when you sit down and the menu is presented. There are.premium meals that is not part of the all inclusive. The hotel should make this transparent at their booking website. Also, the alcoholic dirnks have a charge for single malt JW Black etc. Which are considered premium. This also needs to be disclosed.

Amazing

Staff was amazing Julio is a bell boy and absolutely amazing and sweet! the hotel was good, the staff were great but the food was awful, i basically snacked for 5 days. If good food is needed don’t stay here if you plan on just eating outside the hotel it’s a perfect stay!

I liked the beachfront room but there were issues. Check in was long. They at first told me I had to pay extra for my kids. They corrected that. The hotel is older. I reported issues with turning off the tub water. They came on 2 separate occasions to "fix it". When I left it was still running, not leaking but running. The elevator was a mess on our check out date. Had to drag 4 suitcases down stairs. Housekeeping did not leave washcloths. Eventually found a housekeeping closet and started getting them myself. Buffet is not particularly good nor is room service. The best meals (steak, shrimp,etc) is considered "premium" and NOT part of the all inclusive plan. You had to pay extra for it. This was VERY disappointing. I never stayed at an all inclusive that was not all inclusive. We ended up going out for a few meals since we would have to pay for it either way. The location wasn't too bad but clubs were right down the street and I definitely heard it from our room. On the positive, views were nice and I would see staff cleaning down the lounge chairs and tables everyday. I liked that. Employees were generally nice. I definitely plan on visiting Cancun again but will definitely stay somewhere else.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la atención de la mayoría del personal es muy bueno, se esfuerzan por atenderte y hacerte sentir cómodo y a gusto. La calidad de los alimentos es buena, sin embargo considero que falta variedad en los mismos Las bebidas y cocteles están muy regulares o incluso malos, en donde incluso la cerveza no tiene muy buen sabor. La habitación no incluye bebidas alcohólicas a pesar de ser un servicio todo incluido El punto más negativo del hotel es que no hay entretenimiento, no hay shows o espectáculos nocturnos como lo hay en cualquier all inclusive. Sobre este punto me contactó una concierge para mandarme una lista de actividades que supuestamente se realizan en el hotel, pero no debe estar muy informada pues realmente no hay actividades Existe un equipo de animación pero muy desangelado, la mayoría del tiempo ni están en las áreas comunes o en alberca para animar a los huéspedes

Felipe , Teresa Judith Liliana pool concierge, spider Miguel de Barra, los mejores siempre venimos a este hotel y siempre nos encanta regresar por ellos. Realmente un placer por todos y la convivencia. Lo unico que no me gusto era en la manera que otra empleada (Paula) le gritó a Felipe en frente de todos, Era un gran grupo de nosotros y fue una falta de respeto muy grande.

Excelente lugar y muy cerca del centro

I wanted to check out on the very first night as soon as I checked in, I was told that because I booked by Expedia a manager needed to approve my refund, next morning the manager refused to give the refund for the unused nights to Expedia so I was forced to stay or loose my 5 out of the 6 nights I had paid, I paid for an upgrade and the room was worst so I asked to be changed back, food so cheap as an example the restaurants don’t even have bacon for the breakfast buffet.

It was good overall. Great view and beautiful beach without any rocks. Just make sure to travel during the non sea weed season. Close to supermarkets, clubs and ferry terminals. The only issue we faced was both elevators on our tower

Loved our stay! Only thing we would change would be the bar hours! We wanted all inclusive so we could drink unlimited but it was limited due to bars closing at 10:45 and opening at noon.

The rooms are dirty and old , and the food is disgusting!

If you like lots of noise continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at night with no break and you enjoy riding creaky old elevators and a very small buffet then this is the place for you! Otherwise, I recommend you do what we did which was immediately check out of the hotel and find a more upscale resort.

Very good overall

Lobby barc was understaffed, Pool Closes Way too Early, its an inconvenience to have to do reservations at the restaurants, room service was difficult to order

Aceptable, buenos alimentos, solo que falta personal en cocina, ya que tardan en servirte los alimentos a la carta
