値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。 それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。

ビーチが綺麗でのんびりするには良い立地。バス停近くにスーパーマーケットがあり便利だった。難点はバス停からホテルまで徒歩で約１０分かかる事。坂道なので荷物が多いときつい。

The lady at the front desk was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Her assistant was very good, as well. All staff were very friendly.

Coco Reef's renovations are beautiful! My room had every amenity I could wish for - and the view was stunning. The entire staff at this hotel is warm and welcoming. However I must single out Lisa. She is such an asset to Coco Reef. She is there to meet any need you might have,

We had an ocean view room with balcony. Perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Little grocery store and restaurant within walking distance.

Coco Reef is excellent, we will be going back next year !! All the staff so great, nothing too much trouble for any of them. Housekeepers were great, Mel you’re too funny !! Front desk great, we arrived and hubby left his backpack on the taxi seat,Lisa so calm was trying to help us while I am having a little moment !!!our taxi drive brought it back thank-you ! Food was awesome as well as our servers, so polite and helpful. The view from our room was spectacular, we miss it already. The beach was great, also the pool always clean. Dante was a treasure, thank-you for every thing. We just want to say what a fantastic and relaxing week we both had. Thank you to everyone at Coco Reef, you truly made our vacation Sue and Al Mass USA

We had a wonderful time at Coco Reef! The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. It was so nice to have a private beach! It was a short walk to the bus stop.

2nd time I have been there, the staff is wonderful and the beach is fantastic

ENJOYED THAT IT HAD ITS OWN PRIVATE BEACH, AND OUR ROOM WAS BEACHFRONT WITH OQN BALCONY TO ENJOY THE EVENINGS. WAS A QUICK 8 MIN WALK TO THE BUS STOP AND A MARKET. FOOD MENU WAS GOOD. BEDS WERE VERY COMFY AND ROOM WAS SERVICED DAILY. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TRANSPORT, BEACHES AND PLACES TO GO. GREGORY IN THE DINING AREA WAS AWESOME AND SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DAUGHTER MAKING HER FEEL VERY SPECIAL! GREAT STAY THANK YOU!!!

Amazing trip with two BFF 's. Hotel couldn't have been more perfect, super friendly & helpful staff, you want to make them family. Gorgeous private warm beach, pool as well. Restaurant served Bermudian specialties as well as old favorites!
