値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。 それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。

ビーチが綺麗でのんびりするには良い立地。バス停近くにスーパーマーケットがあり便利だった。難点はバス停からホテルまで徒歩で約１０分かかる事。坂道なので荷物が多いときつい。

We had a wonderful time at Coco Reef! The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. It was so nice to have a private beach! It was a short walk to the bus stop.

2nd time I have been there, the staff is wonderful and the beach is fantastic

Front desk intern was the best. The staff was so kind. The food delicious. The beach the finest on the island. Thank you Coco Reef. You met our expectations!!

ENJOYED THAT IT HAD ITS OWN PRIVATE BEACH, AND OUR ROOM WAS BEACHFRONT WITH OQN BALCONY TO ENJOY THE EVENINGS. WAS A QUICK 8 MIN WALK TO THE BUS STOP AND A MARKET. FOOD MENU WAS GOOD. BEDS WERE VERY COMFY AND ROOM WAS SERVICED DAILY. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TRANSPORT, BEACHES AND PLACES TO GO. GREGORY IN THE DINING AREA WAS AWESOME AND SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DAUGHTER MAKING HER FEEL VERY SPECIAL! GREAT STAY THANK YOU!!!

Amazing trip with two BFF 's. Hotel couldn't have been more perfect, super friendly & helpful staff, you want to make them family. Gorgeous private warm beach, pool as well. Restaurant served Bermudian specialties as well as old favorites!

We have spent a week at Coco Reef and have settled into it with ease. Our room is comfortable and clean: room service is still daily here, unlike in the US. The bar and restaurant has offered some great menu choices. The pool and grounds are lovely and relaxing. But what makes Coco Reef exceptional is the staff. They are so generous with their time and so kind and welcoming. Each of them has made us feel like family here.

This was our second year in a row. You cannot beat the beach and the staff is great. But cockroaches in our room is a deal breaker. We will not come back to coco reef.

Staff are nice but accommodations seems to be not organized and lacking. I am assuming they will attribute it to " island" style. Food takes forever. I booked it for family environment but seems like it was mostly older couple places. My daughter was the only kid I saw around. Quiet and safe. Pool is nice. Not over crowded. Beach is small but nice. Beach space is a luxury on Bermuda due to rocky shores ...so that is a positive. Room was not cleaned as well. We had to ask multiple times for stuff. Overall island experience everything is unreasonably expensive and whole thing is over rated. Only advantage is proximity to East Coast. Quick flight. I was hoping to be a good destination for family quick trips but I am not sure will be a recurring trip destination.. Last note people are very very polite friendly and safe. Big plus. Taxi drivers are super nice and helpful.

Clean beautiful scenery

Always a great place to go. The beach is one of the best. Staff is wonderful especially Mavis,Gregory and Miss Susie. The front desk staff were amazing.

Relaxing! Hotel is beautifully situated. Staff was very pleasant but not always the most efficient.

Avoid this hotel at all costs we stay many times before and this trip we canceled weeks before still got charged. Even though it’s renovated and many people have been hurt. There’s many many issues and many many cleanliness issues. Last yr I was injured there and my daughter to and no help or comp from staff Door key cards always have issues for all guests even in sleeve Sep Dirty pool cups and towels all day long No staff and not trained very short staffed No help when bleeding all over their lobby Restaurant issues and super slow service and wrong food Tv didn’t work asked 6 times to fix never came Door always stuck and loud Drawer opens always in room due to weight of safe Not enuf shampoo ever Maid always cranks up ac and is very rude
