値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。 それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。

ビーチが綺麗でのんびりするには良い立地。バス停近くにスーパーマーケットがあり便利だった。難点はバス停からホテルまで徒歩で約１０分かかる事。坂道なので荷物が多いときつい。

Avoid this hotel at all costs we stay many times before and this trip we canceled weeks before still got charged. Even though it’s renovated and many people have been hurt. There’s many many issues and many many cleanliness issues. Last yr I was injured there and my daughter to and no help or comp from staff Door key cards always have issues for all guests even in sleeve Sep Dirty pool cups and towels all day long No staff and not trained very short staffed No help when bleeding all over their lobby Restaurant issues and super slow service and wrong food Tv didn’t work asked 6 times to fix never came Door always stuck and loud Drawer opens always in room due to weight of safe Not enuf shampoo ever Maid always cranks up ac and is very rude

Wonderful resort. We felt like we were treated like royalty. Are room was right on the ocean and newly renovated.

Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and professional. My sister and I loved visiting Bermuda.

We just returned from 5 days at Coco Reef and loved our stay. The check in was easy and our roomwas exceptionally clean with a great ocean view. The rooms are simple but bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including a nice size fridge, coffee maker with pods, and anti-steam mirror. The shower water pressure was great and the toiletries seemed high quality. One small issue was the glass door in the shower is a half door and there was significant water spray. The staff were great-special shout out to Gregory from the restaurant and Kia (?) from the front desk who were so helpful and patient with us, answering all our questions. There are still renovations happening at the resort. We didn't use the pool but did spend some time at the beach. There was a lot of sargassum when we were there so we walked down a bit further on the beach where it wasn't as heavy. We would definitely return.

Centrally located with access to nearby scooter rentals and bus routes. Short taxi ride to Hamilton. Beautiful beach and access to Elbow Beach. Exceptional staff. Great budget friendly place.

Coco reef was a wonderful place to stay in Bermuda!! It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food is good. We took the bus around Bermuda and the bus stop is a short walk from the resort. And it's close to many beaches and Hamilton. Coco reef is currently renovating all the rooms and the new rooms are beautiful! Views are amazing and the beach access is great! I loved every minute of it and will be back at Coco reef again. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed the view from our room and easy access to the beach. Our visit was during a quieter part of the year, with fewer guests. An adjacent room was under renovation or repairs, with noise that did not extend into the evening. The bathroom was not well designed and detracted from the overall quality of the room.

Terrible service

Overall, the hotel/resort is very nice and serene. The beach front rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere. The current renovations make for a couple of hazardous areas, but surprisingly, no noise. There is only one restaurant on the premises - it has limited hours and is overpriced. The food was superb and the service excellent.

So while the room was ok. The food choices are limited. If you don’t get bfast lunch or dinner when served there is nothing there because they don’t serve anything else outside of that time and there are no snack for sale and the closest restaurant is a long walk away over a hill. The room is on a slope and to get to the main area you haveto walk up that slope so forget it if you have a disability. Apparently when leaving you can actually get help with luggage but no one told me this beforehand so I dragged my luggage to the main office to check out. The water is clean and beautiful there
