値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。 それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。

Excellent location short taxi from Hamilton. Good restaurant onsite. Seems like all rooms have an ocean view. Fantastic beach. Next to Elbow beach great for walking. Rooms recently renovated. Exceeded my expectation.

Review Coco Reef Resort My adult daughter and I stayed 7 nights at this beautifully located beachside hotel. Its greatest strengths are the spectacular ocean views, lovely private beach and abundance of sunbeds, meaning it never felt crowded. The beach also connects seamlessly with Elbow Beach and Coral Beach, making for wonderful daily walks. The swimming pool looked inviting, although the water was still too cool for us in April. Staff in the dining room and bar were friendly and polite, and the local lady who cleaned our room was excellent throughout. Sadly, Reception fell far below the standard expected at a hotel of this price. At 79 years old, I was curtly told there was nobody available to help with our heavy luggage to and from Block 4, the hotel’s furthest building. We eventually found, loaded and pushed a trolley ourselves up the slope to Reception. Despite a 3pm check-in, our room was not ready until 6pm, yet no apology, refreshments, beach towels or goodwill gesture were offered. What made this particularly difficult to excuse was seeing the same older Receptionist later leave Reception unmanned to personally chauffeur two young, fit male journalists around the hotel buggy during King Charles’ visit, laughing and joking as she escorted them to their rooms. That contrast in treatment sadly marred what could otherwise have been a very enjoyable stay.

Small Private beach was very nice and connected to a larger beach. We saw a whale in the distance from our private terrace. Perfect full moon from our room. Gym was next door at the college, not on site ! Buildings were obviously very clean and appeared recently painted . Nice staff and food was good. We would go back. Central location on the island.

Our room was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant was great and the beach was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The only downside was poor coffee maker and subpar coffee in the room.

The front desk was not very helpful at all except for Amy and Lisa. Some of the women working on the front desk should not have that job. The main restaurant was not very exciting, as a matter of fact, it was dull. Good but dull. For us, the hill was a very difficult to manage as it’s a long way down to the beach from the main level. This being said, we would probably return, even though it is somewhat a remote location as taxis are required for every meal outside of the hotel.

Beautifully situated property with small private beach plus direct access to Elbow Beach. Staff (in the restaurant/bar, at the front desk, and housekeeping) were all incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Room was nice with a pleasant outdoor terrace. Some things could use some updating and the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, plus there were often insufficient beach towels available, but these were fairly minor quibbles. The hotel is more affordable than others on the island.

Front staff were helpful, room was always clean by an attentive room attendant. Had a little hiccup with reservation but check-in staff fixed it so we didn't have to change rooms. Beautiful beach area, nice bar and friendly people. Both at the hotel and on the island.

Bar and restaurant were as expected. Maid staff were exceptional. Desk staff however, were less than accommodating

The hotel was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, comfy and classy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning as well as several dinners. Delicious. If we ever come back to Bermuda we would definitely stay at the Coco Reef.

This was one of the most relaxing hotel I visited in a while, very peaceful, although the weather was a little chilled for the beach and pool, the humidity made it nice for you to had a relaxing day on the beach chairs. The restaurant was great, the food was 100% quality I would return in a heart beat Great trip to Bermuda for the first time
