値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。 それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。

Roaches in the room. Hotel Trash can overflowing. System for room charges is not secure. If someone knows your room # you might be left with extra charges like I was. Front desk was helpful in getting it removed. Overall not worth the price tag of $450+ a night. having to sleep with the tv to avoid seeing bugs should be $200 at most even in Bermuda

We absolutely loved our 5 night stay in Bermuda. The beach at Coco Reef is amazing, and honestly the best reason to stay here. It’s so beautiful! From this location, you can take a bus to a few other of the very best beaches in Bermuda. This hotel is more than fine, but you don’t get much for the cost of the stay. There are no extras. We arrived very early, because we came from L.A. on an overnight flight. They made us wait until 3 pm on the dot to check in. For the price I think they could have let us check in a tiny bit early. I paid more to have 3 people in one room (myself and 2 young adult daughters) but they would only give us 2 coffee cups and balked when I asked for 3 pool towels. I could have done without the stinginess. Maybe bring your own beach towels - you have to ask for them at the front desk. Also I reccommend walking to the market nearby to buy coffee pods and water for your room. The only thing I really did not like about the hotel were the gross cruise ship people with a day pass. They chain smoked, littered the beach with plastic cups and water bottles (Celebrity Cruise- disgusting) and made the pool gross. They also take the best chairs on the beach. Everything was nicer once they would leave in the afternoon.

Simple yet the beach is beautiful and the location is right in the middle of the island making it easy to get anywhere.

The only negative I see is that the shower design which has 1 half glass panel, tends to not catch all the water that is trying to drain out of the shower stall. You will need lots of extra towels to lay down and dry up the water that tends to spill out in the bathroom floor. Staff is pretty much aware of this. Other than that we had an excellent stay and would come back!

The room was big and very clean. Really nice room. My issue was that there was only one restaurant with very limited hours. No place to buy food after 8 pm and the bar closed at 10:45pm on a Friday night. There was a beach bar advertised but it wasn’t open at all during the week I was there. The hotel felt a little sad, tired and understaffed. Definitely overpriced.

My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement with a night at Coco Reef. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our meals were delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, the views were spectacular, the beach was immaculate and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place in the future.

The hotel is a great position which makes it easy to get about using the bus or a taxi where you want to go. The shop is open j the main road which makes it easy to pick up water, snacks, etc. The view from the rooms facing the beach is amazing and elbow beach feels like a private beach as hotel next door is closed down. Staff were nice but not very knowledgeable at times. We asked about what time we could use college gym and one didn’t know, another time we asked to book a taxi and was the usual ease you would expect. I knew we would only get the two bottles of water for the whole stay. Room had been recently updated, was nice and clean however chairs on balcony were snapped and shouldn’t have been there in case someone hurt themselves. We had a cockroach in the room which is normal on the island and asked them to spray the room which they did. Before we arrived I had messaged the hotel on a number of occasions months before arrival and had no response to my enquiry until 2 days before informing me breakfast would be $32+tax pp. this was incorrect, you can order from a breakfast menu no buffet. I had gone out for my birthday, i have never been at a hotel where your birthday is not celebrated in some way, as a small gesture however not even a note to say thank you for staying with us on your special occasion which would have been good for me. If you a reasonable price. great location go here if you want service, amenities and are happy for longer journeys pick grotto

Location, if you love the beach, was a 10! Overall appearance of the property was ok (could use some sprucing up). It was a bit warn. Room was very nice, however, issues with the water pressure and hot water were distressing. It appears they’re working on a beach front cabana - not open when we were there. No staff at beach. Chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning. For food and drink, you needed to truck up a steep hill to the restaurant (which had limited staff).

Coco Reef is in a beautiful beach location with well cared for gardens. We liked the small scale and how quiet and peaceful it was. The staff were very helpful. In particular, the reception staff were able to provide us with a courtesy room on our last afternoon while we waited for our airport pick-up. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful, especially Susie who served us breakfast every morning with a smile and warm welcome.

Beautiful, peaceful location and great beach. Close to Hamilton as well. Servers and bartenders are wonderful: Susie, Donnie, Mavis, and Patricia. Food at Sol i Mar is very good. Ate breakfast at the hotel daily.

The most calmest experience and amazing staff!

Staff was great. Restaurant was awesome. Rooms were clean. The cleaning staff was fantastic. My only gripe is that the rooms need updating. Would i go back? Yes but i may try something next time where the rooms are up to date.

Cons: Older property was outdated, our tv didn't work for 3 days. Bed hurt me after a few nights. Pros: nice pool and beach! Super nice staff! Over the top service from MO and Doreen, Amy at the front desk was awesome and Daniel and Gregory and the wait staff in the restaurant were just the best! Super clean property. I must tell you about the tree frogs. They put on a small opera at night. You'll see what I mean. But you get used to them and then they become white noise. The roosters will wake you early, so no alarm required. I don't blame the property for frogs or roosters as I came to learn they are island wide so just get used to it. Write it off to "island charm". This is not a giant resort. It is not near activities. BUT, if you want to relax and just "chill" and enjoy the BEST views then this is your spot. It does grow on you.

The property is very far away from a lot of main attractions. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and there was no running water for two entire days and the only option was offered was to take a shower by the pool. I also put the do not disturb sign on my door, but housekeeping and the water boy continued to knock multiple times and open my door despite the sign. The water boy even opened my door attempting to get in saying I am dropping the water, thank God I had the lock and chain on the door and I asked him why he is opening my door when the do not disturb sign is on and the chain is on the door and he didn’t respond, when I asked the front desk why this is happening they said they don’t know and they did not no when the running water would come back on and the attitude of the older blonde whit woman with the limp was horrible as if she was overworked, underpaid and bothered. I even requested taxi service twice and a taxi came an hour late made me almost missed my excursion and the other days he didn’t come at all. Stay in Hamilton or somewhere closer to the main attractions, because this is not it.
