値段の割によいホテルだったと思います。私はオーシャンビューに仕事で宿泊しましたが、無線LAN、有線LANの二種あり、照明が少し暗いこととシャワーの水の勢いが少ないことを除けば、その他の設備は十分、空調の温度設定は自由に変えられ、冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーメーカーあり、ドライヤーあり、ケーブルTVあり、１階でしたが虫の侵入被害もなく、庭もよく手入れされていました。但し、レストランはあるものの、従業員が少なく対応が遅く、夜は9時にしまるので、ホテル周辺にレストランがないことを考慮すると、少しサービスが足りないとかんじました。また、ホテルに土産屋がないので、あるとよいと思いました。 それ以上にくつろげましたので、今度はプライベートで訪問したいです。

ビーチが綺麗でのんびりするには良い立地。バス停近くにスーパーマーケットがあり便利だった。難点はバス停からホテルまで徒歩で約１０分かかる事。坂道なので荷物が多いときつい。

Staff number one Clean Room beautiful view

Very clean daily

Great hotel for my short stay in Bermuda. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was great. Beach access looked wonderful, but it was a bit chilly so I didn't go down to the water.

Room was fine. The staff was outstanding. We were forced to register very late in the evening due to unforeseen circumstances and they took care of our party of four. Restaurant staff was excellent as well as was the food. We’ll definitely return to Coco Reef upon our next visit in March.

Amazing scenic location, lovely quiet property, clean rooms and friendly staff. I had a peaceful solo weekend here and would definitely come back again.

Yes the room was clean and the staff were most helpful in responding to all our questions and assisting when needed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great view out the back of my room to the ocean and the room was very nice. The facility decor seemed a little dated, but otherwise everything was well maintained. I did not dine there, but will next time. I will definitely consider returning to Coco Reef.

Beautiful place and views

Everything was perfect and a quiet sanctuary in the off season. You can swim the whole beach, 1.2 miles round trip in shallow water with no rocks, if you like swimming for a workout! It was spectacular in 73F water in November.

A lovely very clean room. There was a nice an alcove with a coffee machine and the bathroom was very nice although I did need my glasses to read the labels on the Molton Brown soap, conditioner and body cream. Overall an excellent hotel

Great beach

The staff was amazing! So helpful and willing to go above and beyond!

I was very excited to stay at Coco Reef, but our trip was cut short due to food poisoning. My friend and I were only there from November 2-4. Unfortunately, the property manager did not provide us with the cancellation policy when we requested to see it. He said that he would not allow for any sort of refund, in spite of the unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances. The policy on Expedia does not explicitly state what would happen in the case of a cancellation once the stay has started, leaving a grey area. Furthermore, the property manager also lied and said that he had sampled our food the night before and knew exactly what we ate. We didn't even eat at the hotel. This is not a good representation of the company or Bermuda. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and hospitable. I have no complaints about her. The rooms were also very clean. My only complaint would be the noise coming from outside our room. Somebody was on their phone early in the morning which impacted our ability to sleep. Overall, I am very upset with the outcome and I will not be recommending the Coco Reef to anybody due to this poor treatment.

Very relaxing. Great beach. Best of all were the hotel staff-A+.
