I liked the Executive lounge. It has great view from the windows and good drinks & snacks!!

Our initial room assignment was not to our liking, and Vanessa at the desk was very helpful in relocating us to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Everything after the relocation was to our liking, except having to get up at 4:30am to catch our ride to the airport on the day of our departure. Both JoAn and I enjoyed the upscale accommodations after spending 8 days on the Galapagos Islands.

hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece, es una propiedad vieja y sin remodelación, el desayuno sin mucha variedad, un supuesto tipo de seguridad me persiguió desde el lobby hasta el elevador que va al estacionamiento acosándome con preguntas sobre mi salida, que si se había pagado y cosas sin sentido, totalmente desagradable e innecesario, ya que el pago se liquida por adelantado, me asustó y me hizo pasar un mal rato

Personal muy atento. Atendieron toda mis solicitudes. Mi vuelo de regreso salía muy temprano en la madrugada y nos hicieron un box de desayuno para llevar con fruta, un yogur, jugo, corn flakes y una manzana.

Our room was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

Deben de revisar el internet en las habitaciones. El menu de las habitaciones es tan pesado que no se puede bajar el pdf. Tuve que bajar para pedir room service. El staff super amable si.

Almost everything was great! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The property was very nice. Only negative anspect of our experience was that our rooms were extremely noisy from street noise and/or mechanical noises from the building.

The dinner served was terrible. No tea or coffee in the room. The refuses not plugged in. The bathroom needs an renovation

Personal muy atento, las habitaciones en muy buenas condiciones. Me agrado mucho qué teniamos acceso al Lounge Ejecutivo, por que lo pudimos tener acceso a snacks y bebidas por las tardes después de llegar de los paseos. El gimnasio bastante amplio y la alberca a pesar de ser al exterior, se encontraba temperada, por lo que los niños la disfrutaron.
