I didn’t like the service since the reception to the house keeping and the breakfast bar, all the employees looks and sounds like they are doing me a favor and not bringing customers a service. No comparison with the Hilton Hotel in Guayaquil or Machala, and now I am going to the Hilton in Toronto hopefully this service is much better.

The hotel is a dream and a delight. The breakfast area is very enjoyable. We enjoyed gazing over San Cristobal and the port area…very relaxing. The staff were above and beyond very helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very well appointed with higher tech lighting

The hotel is outdated, a little cold and the food is not great.

This is an older hotel in Quito. We stayed here for a conference. The facilities are old and should be updated, but the staff does everything possible to make up for it. Everyone was extremely helpful and the concierge. Many terrific suggestions that really changed our visit. We appreciate the effort that everyone put in to help our stay. The concierge and the front desk were extremely hospitable. The restaurant on the first floor had very good options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you again.

50-60 years old hotel with very little maintenance. Looks, smells and feels old. No heating in room, windows old single glass, freezing cold bed with super synthetic duvet. This is Quito in 3.000 meters and it is cold outside! Long queue for breakfast because of bureaucratic and slow check-in desk. Hilton should take a seriously look at this stingy franchising! Lunch in restaurant ok.

El hotel en general estuvo bien, sin embargo las habitaciones son demasiado frías. El conector del baño no funcionaba tampoco.

We stayed at Mckays Quinta for only one night, as our flight from Miami was arriving late and we did not want to pay twice the cost in Quito. The attendants at Mckays are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There are many activities on site - pool, games, etc. We highly recommend Mckays Quinta.

Front desk staff not that friendly at least the person who help me, very slow during check in and forgot to charge me the taxes so during check out i got the surprise that needed to pay more. No good to do it like that
