We stayed at Mckays Quinta for only one night, as our flight from Miami was arriving late and we did not want to pay twice the cost in Quito. The attendants at Mckays are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There are many activities on site - pool, games, etc. We highly recommend Mckays Quinta.

Front desk staff not that friendly at least the person who help me, very slow during check in and forgot to charge me the taxes so during check out i got the surprise that needed to pay more. No good to do it like that

This Hilton Hotel is the worst place to book, they don’t value customers mental well being, I was traveling with my family to Ecuador, had our flights cancelled twice, so he couldn’t make my reservation, due to flight cancellation, anyhow contacted the hotel about rescheduling my reservation, the staff there was the worst, in understanding the stress of traveling with kids and the stress of having a place for my family to rest, anyhow, they refused to move my reservation for the next day, charging me again for the room I booked & wasn’t able to vacant, I will never again book here again.

Great Hilton hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean with great city views. Concierge is fantastic - recommended a great restaurant for dinner (Achiote) ans very attentive overall. Buffet breakfast is great but lunch food averge at most.

Bad service, you (literally) have to beg for coffee at breakfast. Poor selection for breakfast. Wouöd not recommend this hotel and also would not come back! DEFINITELY not 5 star rated..

Good hotel, less perks and more expensive than other Hiltons in Quito

Breakfast is until 10, went down at 9:30 and everything was empty! Had to keep asking for something, had to walk around with our mug asking for coffee or tea when first arrived. In the bar They had a Manhattan on their menu for $8! So we ordered 4 for two couples. Then he used Jack Daniels and charged $16 per glass!! And it wasn’t even a good one!! Very disappointing because once I convert a $38U.S bill for two drinks to Canadian it’s $55.00!!! We had lunch cafe Colon first day and i ordered a hamburger and it was pink when I bit into it… I couldn’t eat after that! Rooms ok but showers need fresh if up.
