街の中心近くに位置することから、観光や他の設備へのアクセスに便利でした。近くでの建設中または工事中のビルのための道路の囲いが無くなればより歩き易くなります。

キシナウでここまでのホテルに泊まれるとは、思っていなかったです！ 快適でした〜♪

設備は問題無いがスタッフのサービスはついていけていない。コンシェルジュの女性及びフロントの女性等は良いのだが男性スタッフは最低。またスタッフ間の連携も悪い。

観光名所に近く、便利な場所にあります。設備も近代的でよい使い勝手の良いホテルです。

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the location could not have been more central/safe. I arrived at around 10pm and took a small walk and there was absolute safety. The services including at breakfast, airport transfer, and money exchange were wonderful! In a pinch you can order food using Glovo and also walk to get food from restaurants or convenience stores. There are restaurants on the property as well as the rooftop bar that has a great view and turns into a club type atmosphere at night although it’s not in any way disturbing to you while in your room. The cleaning staff was excellent. I will definitely stay here without hesitation next time I come to town. I’ve been now to 61 countries and don’t give out good reviews lightly but they more than earned it!

Will not be returning. While the hotel staff were very nice, the security team was rude and aggressive. When the hotel hosts politicians and delegations which seems to happen frequently, regular guests are treated like an inconvenience. I was repeatedly required to show my room key and ID just to enter. While I understand that security measures may sometimes be necessary, the way it was handled felt excessive and disrespectful. If you happen to be staying during one of these events, expect to feel like second-class accommodation rather than a welcomed guest.

Was good

I've checked in on Saturday and my suite did not have hot water, neither the room next to me that I paid for also. The next morning I've let the front desk know about the situation and when I came back that afternoon I was informed that nothing was done because the maintenance did not have access to my suite. They tried to do something that night, but still no hot water. They finally moved me to another room on Tuesday. I love to stay at Radisson, but this is unacceptable!

Everything is excellent

We stayed at Radisson Leogrand for 4 nights while exploring Chisinau and some of the surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very thoughtful and accommodating to every need. Prior to arrival the concierge service was able to arrange a pick up at the airport. Upon arrival we met Anna and Nicoleta at the reception who were quick to arrange our room and answer the many questions we had about the hotel and the area. Shortly after settling in our very spacious and comfortable room, Anna called to ensure we were happy with everything in the room. Anna and Nicoleta even checked in daily as we passed through the lobby. The onsite restaurant called New York also had great food and drinks and staff were very friendly and attentive especially Sudman who worked the bar. Zaxi is a restaurant and lounge on the roof top which is high end. My only criticism there is that there is a lot of cigarette smoke. The quality of food in restaurants and room service was healthy and delicious. The location is perfect for walking to all of the sights around the city. There are also several dining options and even a supermarket near by. Overall a nice high end hotel with friendly and attentive staff. When in Chisinau, I'd highly consider this hotel.
