街の中心近くに位置することから、観光や他の設備へのアクセスに便利でした。近くでの建設中または工事中のビルのための道路の囲いが無くなればより歩き易くなります。

キシナウでここまでのホテルに泊まれるとは、思っていなかったです！ 快適でした〜♪

設備は問題無いがスタッフのサービスはついていけていない。コンシェルジュの女性及びフロントの女性等は良いのだが男性スタッフは最低。またスタッフ間の連携も悪い。

観光名所に近く、便利な場所にあります。設備も近代的でよい使い勝手の良いホテルです。

Everything is excellent

We stayed at Radisson Leogrand for 4 nights while exploring Chisinau and some of the surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very thoughtful and accommodating to every need. Prior to arrival the concierge service was able to arrange a pick up at the airport. Upon arrival we met Anna and Nicoleta at the reception who were quick to arrange our room and answer the many questions we had about the hotel and the area. Shortly after settling in our very spacious and comfortable room, Anna called to ensure we were happy with everything in the room. Anna and Nicoleta even checked in daily as we passed through the lobby. The onsite restaurant called New York also had great food and drinks and staff were very friendly and attentive especially Sudman who worked the bar. Zaxi is a restaurant and lounge on the roof top which is high end. My only criticism there is that there is a lot of cigarette smoke. The quality of food in restaurants and room service was healthy and delicious. The location is perfect for walking to all of the sights around the city. There are also several dining options and even a supermarket near by. Overall a nice high end hotel with friendly and attentive staff. When in Chisinau, I'd highly consider this hotel.

Very nice hotel and personnel was great.

At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day.

Nice hotel with premium rooms, wh8xh are spacious and quite. Nice breakfast but bircher muesli and you have to ask for freshy squeezed orange juice. The only let the hotel is the New York restaurant. Really poor service with young people standing around chatting when waiting on customers. The food was also poor, the chef needs to learn how to serve fajitas. Served with one wrap cut in half, absolutely useless to make a fajitas. When asked for another wrap got served one more wrap this time cut in quarters!! Bread rolls served with butter, when asked got bought frozen butter. Further kitchen and server training would help as this places let the rest of the hotel down

Water smelled awful in the shower and bathtub, it was yellow color. Our bathroom had ants everywhere and when I call reception to come get them, they said there is nothing they can do. Black mold was in the shower. Very disappointing

Excellent hôtel très bien situé. Un véritable 5 étoiles. Personnel compétent serviable et professionnel. Superbe rapport qualité/prix! Hautement recommandé!

Попросили одеяло, а нам сказали что горничная закончила работать в 23:00. И что это нормально, несмотря на то что это 5 звезд гостиница.

As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help. I left a tip at the front desk to be divided among staff, so hope everyone got part of my THANK YOU.

Amazing stay. Really large and comfortable beds. Lovely staff. And a great rooftop bar!
