周辺にスーパー等なく、バス停も近くにないが、ホテル自体は従業員もフレンドリーで、レストラン、プール等の共通エリアもいつも清掃されており、清潔です。

オーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりました。 目の前に海が広がっており、とてもよい雰囲気でした。 ビーチ側の窓から部屋に入るようになっており、広い部屋にベッドがあり、奥にトイレとバスルーム、さらに室内からしか入れないところ(屋外)にシャワールームがありました。シャワーのお湯は安定していました。シャンプー等のアメニティは上質なものでした。 朝食は、パン類、フルーツ、コーヒーはバイキングでしたが、オムレツ等のサイドメニューは別料金でした。ランチ、ディナーもやや割高でしたが、とても美味しかったです。曜日は限られますが、ディナー時にポリネシアンダンスショーもやっているそうです。 空港からも市街地からも離れていますが、フロントに頼むとタクシーを手配してくれます。空港からホテルまでシャトルバス(飛行機に合わせて要予約)で1:30、ホテルからアピア市街まで1:00、トスアオーシャントレンチまで0:10です。 ホテルを出ると周囲には商店はおろか、人家もまばらにしかありません。基本的にゆっくりと滞在するホテルです。

家族連れの宿泊が多いと思いました。 ホテルタイプに泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔でした。 レストランでいただいた、フィッシュアンドチップスが美味しかったです。 スタッフの数は多いけど、スタッフ同士で話し込んで呼んでいるのに気付かなかったりと少し残念でした。 またビーチの前を改装中のようで、ビーチで遊んでいる人はおらず、プールを満喫しているようでした。

ゆっくり、のんびりした時間を過ごすには最適な場所。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでサービスも良かったです。欲を言えば、もう一つくらいレストランがあるといいかな。

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay

Really beautiful setting. Party of 5 adults in ocean and adult-only villas. Cockroach infestation in the adult-only villas and chatting to our neighbours there, they had the same problem. It was a major issue as the fumigation remedy caused an asthma attack and there was no offer to remove belongs before the fumigation or to move rooms. The staff were a mixed bag. At the beginning of our stay they were rude, hostile and treated you like you were a major inconvenience. When the owner was present at the end of our stay, they were much more efficient and polite. The food was expensive as you’d expect but the quality was poor and there were no light meal options at dinner. Breakfast was fine but still wasn’t out 45min after it was meant to be available and getting huffs and death stares from the staff wasn’t worth the hassle of asking how much longer the wait would be. The pool bar wasn’t open at all over our 8 day stay and there was no explanation why. Overall it’s a beautiful setting and the owners investment into it shows. It’s a shame that the staff let them down.

Well designed, spacious resort, set in lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean. Small private beaches. Lovely pool area, but often noisy with children. Shortage of sun loungers, and often a long wait for pool towels. Quite a good choice on the menu: food ok

A stunning resort with the friendliest, most kind and helpful staff. Beautiful basic rooms, lovely pool and grounds. In good weather, some great snorkelling but in bad weather and high trade winds, a difficult place to enjoy the ocean. Pays to have a hire car but the resort offers daily outings. Amazing menu and often have special events with special menus in the evenings. Also has a beautiful spa onsite but pays to book in advance as it books out fast in advance. Quite far from everywhere so best to plan to stay and relax with a few day trips out. We loved our stay, but personally prefer savaii with its white sand beaches, slower pace and incredible reef snorkelling and swimming. Might just be because we visited during a long period of rain and high winds though :)

The location was perfect to access many popular tourist spots like Ta Sua Trench and the Coastal Lava cliffs walk. The layout of the room was perfect for a family of four and we loved overlooking the ocean. Some door mats and a broom for the room would have been good to reduce sand but loved that there was a tap outside each room to wash feet. Unfortunately 3 days of rain and wind reduced our access to snorkelling and use of water sports and it would have been good for the resort to have rainy day activities linked to Samoan traditions as options. There was a large selection of options for food but we would only rate the food as average. Very family friendly with a playground for younger children.

The staff are exceptional and everything within the resort is easily reached. The DVD selection for kids is limited and the internet was really only accessible near reception, so download some movies for those moments you need them beforehand.

Dozens of cockroaches in hotel book in room. Room keeping average. Sheets had small piles. One pool operating for a busy resort felt small. Food and waiting staff at restaurant great. FiaFia night great although when they say there is kava to try afterwards, there isn't. Overall, okay. Wouldn't stay here again for what we paid for the adults only villa.

Great resort, very kid friendly. Staff were truly amazing. Only thing to note is the internet/local TV are pretty much non existent in the rooms. So a tip is pack some cards games etc. Location is great too.

Beautiful property friendly helpful staff as traveling alone it really makes a difference x i arranged a airport pickup which is 100 tala each way pickup driver Tana was lovely told me all about the traditions n culture x very family's orientated people 😊the journey from airport is around 1hr 15 mins but i must say worth it . The holel is very well kept very clean food quality 👌 I booked a private tour on my second day with Farani we visited several place's around Apia the local market and lunch at the marina finished the day with a glass bottom boat trip to see the turtles n a swim in the ocean great day cost off private tour 500 tala , glass bottom boat trip 75 tala fantastic day thank you so much 👍 You can have up to 4 persons for private tour price remains the same. Main restaurant you'll get your buffet breakfast good choices hot and cold available Evening meals good selection Pool bar during the day snacks are available eg pizza chips Main reception manned till 10pm daily. free WiFi available around reception only, to be honest it's good to sign out while relaxing around the pool Gavin the owner it very friendly n approachable Hi to Dominic n Leo Wonderful place to visit i look forward to my return Last thing all charges are put on to your room Your bills are itemised and spot on but it helps to keep an eye on what you have per day Just to avoid a nasty shock at checkout Value for money YES 100 tala around £26/27

Great breakfast, nice clean and well maintained facilities with lovely friendly staff

I absolutely love staying at Saletoga sands resort. Villas are all very nicely set out with outdoor showers and furniture. Beautiful walkways and spa on site. Short walk from the beach to the pool with a swim up bar. A good variety of food and beverage. Such a nice place to go and relax. I love the big smiles and friendly staff. Lou and Gav have done such a wonderful job growing this rest.

The resort is well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were hit and miss ranging from very good at the theme nights to disappointing at breakfast, which was a shame and did take away from what could have been an excellent experience rather than good.

Nice and clean resort and lots of ammenities. A few of the bars like the pool bar and waterside landing bar were not open when we there even though staff pointed us to them which was a bummer. The massage at the spa was great. If you're staying in the hotels room, the wifi did not reach our room and our tv and dvd player were broken and did not work which left us to hang around the reception on the days it was pouring rain. Great location for exploring the island and doing activities like waterfalls and To Sua Trench.

If you’re wanting to experience authentic Samoa this is not the place. However the rooms are beautiful. Very small pool. No wifi in rooms which is weird considering how family friendly it is.
