周辺にスーパー等なく、バス停も近くにないが、ホテル自体は従業員もフレンドリーで、レストラン、プール等の共通エリアもいつも清掃されており、清潔です。

オーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりました。 目の前に海が広がっており、とてもよい雰囲気でした。 ビーチ側の窓から部屋に入るようになっており、広い部屋にベッドがあり、奥にトイレとバスルーム、さらに室内からしか入れないところ(屋外)にシャワールームがありました。シャワーのお湯は安定していました。シャンプー等のアメニティは上質なものでした。 朝食は、パン類、フルーツ、コーヒーはバイキングでしたが、オムレツ等のサイドメニューは別料金でした。ランチ、ディナーもやや割高でしたが、とても美味しかったです。曜日は限られますが、ディナー時にポリネシアンダンスショーもやっているそうです。 空港からも市街地からも離れていますが、フロントに頼むとタクシーを手配してくれます。空港からホテルまでシャトルバス(飛行機に合わせて要予約)で1:30、ホテルからアピア市街まで1:00、トスアオーシャントレンチまで0:10です。 ホテルを出ると周囲には商店はおろか、人家もまばらにしかありません。基本的にゆっくりと滞在するホテルです。

家族連れの宿泊が多いと思いました。 ホテルタイプに泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔でした。 レストランでいただいた、フィッシュアンドチップスが美味しかったです。 スタッフの数は多いけど、スタッフ同士で話し込んで呼んでいるのに気付かなかったりと少し残念でした。 またビーチの前を改装中のようで、ビーチで遊んでいる人はおらず、プールを満喫しているようでした。

ゆっくり、のんびりした時間を過ごすには最適な場所。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでサービスも良かったです。欲を言えば、もう一つくらいレストランがあるといいかな。

2nd we have stayed at this resort this year and we thought it was great the 1st time but honestly our 2nd visit was even better

My wife and I loved our stay at Saletoga Resort. Everything was awesome. From friendliness, cleanliness, awesome services, perfect location, our room was magnificent, attentiveness was nice.

Pool was excellent, great for kids and adults, even a pool for younger children.

The resort was just as advertised, thanks for the fantastic room upgrade, that really made our holiday comfortable. Freely available kayaks, snorkeling gear and reed shoes were excellent. The staff were all so friendly kind and helpful, no complaints there. The resort is quite isolated and far from airport and Apia, but the local taxis are affordable and available. Definitely take a taxi from the airport if there is more than one person in your party, very affordable. Fantastic breakfasts included and until 10.30!! The Fiafia night was a great experience and the savoury food was delicious. The restaurant and bar prices are high, as I believe all are on the island. There isn't anywhere close where you can choose to eat. Having said that the food is delicious and plentiful (mostly). There is a shop close by at the To Sua trench where you can get snacks etc at very reasonable prices. Taxis will take you for an all day hire for around $350WST, so you can see all the sights for a very low cost. I'd highly recommend Saletoga Sands Resort for your Samoan holiday.

This place is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The views and beaches made it even more enjoyable. The food at both restaurants was very good quality and we enjoyed the variety. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great too. The wait staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile however, we did find that when we dined at the restaurants at the resort, they didn’t come back at all to check if we needed anything (drinks etc) and I felt like I was being a bother when I did manage to get their attention. They were very quick to collect empty plates from the table but were gone before we had a chance to ask for anything else. We had issues with the hot water in our room (we had no hot water), however this was resolved the day after letting reception know. We were unable to get into the safe in our room and were advised only maintenance could open it for us. We were not advised how to change the code and instructions were not included in the booklet in the room. Our bathroom had a terrible smell when we arrived and it still smelt when we left. Because I have never been to Samoa, I am not sure if this is to be expected due to the heat. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday and i would choose to stay here again 😊

Wow, the resort is wonderful as were the staff! Was a great, relaxing holiday. We stayed 5 nights in a hotel room, was nice enough. The hot water in the shower was iffy but other than that it was adequate and good for the price. Spent the last two nights in an Exclusive Villa, what a difference. The outdoor shower is amazing (always had hot water) and the room was beautiful. Will skip the hotel room and stay there the entire time next time. The restaurants were great, the food is delicious and decently priced. The Fiafia night food and show are a must do!

Internet access is average but roaming is even worse. Food options are generally very good and the staff friendly.

We had a fabulous relaxing break… beautiful room and surroundings, good meals and particularly enjoyed barbeque night and nightly cocktails at the landing bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, lovely pool and beach area. Only negative was that there was only reasonable internet at the main restaurant and reception but no wifi in the room. Would love to return 😊

Beautiful well kept gardens, large clean rooms, Samoan staff friendly. Great breakfasts with good variety Food and drink expensive - especially in the resort shop. No other options, no shops in walking distance. Unfortunately My husband got sick for 24 hours after eating bbq chicken pizza which put a dampener on our stay. Other than that- was a relaxing stay with beautiful sunsets.

Amazing stay, stunning resort with the most beautiful gardens. Ideal for couples and families. Food at the restaurant was great. Affordable transport to the wharf. Only negative was that wifi is only available at reception and the restaurants.

The property was clean, tidy and well maintained. In fact, immaculate. The beach is beautiful and great for snorkelling and the pool and swim up bar is great but the swim up bar closes too early (4pm). The lighting in the rooms is quite dim and aircon can only be used when in the room (key inserted) which means you’re at square one with creating a cool environment every time you return to your accommodation. Food is okay. I feel like this place is on a journey but definitely in the right direction.
