周辺にスーパー等なく、バス停も近くにないが、ホテル自体は従業員もフレンドリーで、レストラン、プール等の共通エリアもいつも清掃されており、清潔です。

オーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりました。 目の前に海が広がっており、とてもよい雰囲気でした。 ビーチ側の窓から部屋に入るようになっており、広い部屋にベッドがあり、奥にトイレとバスルーム、さらに室内からしか入れないところ(屋外)にシャワールームがありました。シャワーのお湯は安定していました。シャンプー等のアメニティは上質なものでした。 朝食は、パン類、フルーツ、コーヒーはバイキングでしたが、オムレツ等のサイドメニューは別料金でした。ランチ、ディナーもやや割高でしたが、とても美味しかったです。曜日は限られますが、ディナー時にポリネシアンダンスショーもやっているそうです。 空港からも市街地からも離れていますが、フロントに頼むとタクシーを手配してくれます。空港からホテルまでシャトルバス(飛行機に合わせて要予約)で1:30、ホテルからアピア市街まで1:00、トスアオーシャントレンチまで0:10です。 ホテルを出ると周囲には商店はおろか、人家もまばらにしかありません。基本的にゆっくりと滞在するホテルです。

家族連れの宿泊が多いと思いました。 ホテルタイプに泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔でした。 レストランでいただいた、フィッシュアンドチップスが美味しかったです。 スタッフの数は多いけど、スタッフ同士で話し込んで呼んでいるのに気付かなかったりと少し残念でした。 またビーチの前を改装中のようで、ビーチで遊んでいる人はおらず、プールを満喫しているようでした。

ゆっくり、のんびりした時間を過ごすには最適な場所。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでサービスも良かったです。欲を言えば、もう一つくらいレストランがあるといいかな。

Wir haben in diesem Resort 4 Tage verbracht. Wir hatten der Unterkunft ein paar Tage vorher geschrieben, dass wir um 2 Uhr morgens einchecken müssen. Wir hatten nie eine Antwort hierzu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir jedoch den Schlüssel und ein Check in Formular auf dem Tresen der Rezeption liegen. Mit einer Karte, die wir in einem Informationsstand fanden, war es uns möglich, nach einigem Suchen unsere Villa im Dunkeln ausfindig zu machen. Der Check in bekommt daher 1 von 5 Sternen. Zu der Villa, in der wir übernachtet haben. Schön eingerichtet, allerdings ein großes Problem: der Gestank. Da die Klimaanlagen immer zwangsabgeschaltet werden, wenn man die Villa verlassen und abschließen will, werden alle Klamotten und die Möbel, inklusive dem Bettlgen aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit immer feucht. Daher hatte das Bettzeug leider auch den extrem unangenehmen Geruch angenommen. Das ließe sich vermeiden, wenn die Klimaanlagen immer laufen würden und die Fenster geschlossen blieben. Die Reinigungskräfte machen diese jedoch immer beim sauber machen auf. Ansonsten war die Villa großzügig und mit Meerblick. Ein weiteres negatives Highlight war jedoch eine Baustelle direkt neben unserer Villa, die uns immer morgens um 7:30 entspannt aufweckte. Zum Service bleibt nur zu sagen: Unterirdisch. Essensbestellungen brauchen ewig, oft ist das was kommt, dann ein falsches Gericht. Das Personal wirkt dabei extrem unmotiviert. Preise dafür sehr teuer. Die Anlage ist schön.

Loved saletoga resort the only issue we had was not been able to have wifi in our rooms

We had a lovely stay here and would absolutely stay again. Great location, close to a lot of the activities we wanted to do, and our villa was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the resort. The food was decent, we appreciated having breakfast included, and using happy hour to have a few drinks definitely helped save a bit of money. We stayed in the adults only section though the whole resort looked lovely; the only one villa that I wouldn’t want to stay in would be the one facing the restaurant. We had massages at the spa which were lovely. Our only small annoyances were that it rained a bit during our stay (not the resort’s fault!) but when we said there was no umbrella in our room, we weren’t given one. You also have to return pool towels by 6pm each day when we wanted to swim after dinner. Also the hut at the beach to get gear from wasn’t always open when it was supposed to be. But in the grand scheme of things, they weren’t big annoyances. The staff were helpful, the fiafia night was great and we felt very safe and well cared for. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to be back again one day!

Beautiful location. And friendly staff. Food was very good. Pool is wonderful And clean. But lack of working wifi was frustrating. The resort should really look into starlink with wifi extenders throughout the resort. The dvd collection was hopeless and jumbled. (missing or scratched discs).

overpriced, below average service, spa was good and fia fia was good, they saved the review from a 2. Don’t do their tours taking hike up to new peaks

Very nice

Breakfast buffet was great, staff were wonderful and very friendly. The wifi was the only downside as not available in rooms, so any calls to family plus checking emails had to happen in public spaces like reception or dining area. Car rental services were on pricier side. Families with younger children have been housed on the margins/ends of the property to allow for quieter time for children-free couples/travellers - thank you for being considerate! All else was magical!

Beautiful place to stay!

The property is idyllic and staff very accommodating .Had trouble with dvd in player in room and dvd selection very out dated and scratched up . suggest tv reception and wifi in rooms . Unfortunately i was amongst several guests who fell ill from food poisoning ( tuna ) and the resort didn’t really take ownership of that . This spoilt how I view the place .

Stayed in a villa, room clean and big. Breakfast has different good selection of food. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Buffet breakfasts were great. Rooms were clean. Our rooms were in a construction area of the resort. A few staff were happy and cheerful but many seemed down and intolerant of guests (we experienced a few staff members snatch menus from us after we ordered and expressing attitude towards us for just ordering drinks (without food) for afternoon tea). The meals and drinks are quite expensive and in smaller portions when compared to other resorts in Samoa. Our room had a TV and DVD player that didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay (even after asking reception). We had some extra meals added on our tab when checking out (luckily reception sorted this out with us). The resort is close to the Sua Trench and Turtle Island.

The breakfast had lots of fresh local fruits, with fresh muffins, eggs and many other things to choose from. We really enjoyed the ocean swimming, and the pool. We did not spend much time at the pool because we do not drink. This resort offers a poolside bar and most patrons hung out there, we preferred the beach. The weather was perfect. We definitely will return in the future.

Resort was great. Beautiful beach. Rooms clean. Although wouldn’t recommend rooms by the kids pool.

Absolutely amazing stay. Everyone made our trip so enjoyable. Gavin the owner took time to speak with us and the staff they have are a reflection of his and his wife Lou’s commitment to providing an amazing experience. The location was like a piece of paradise. Food and drinks awesome. Can’t wait to come back again.

Saletoga was great, very clean/modern rooms, very nice staff and owner, pristine beach, nice pool with cocktail bar, free use of kayaks, and masks (BYO if you have one as the free masks aren't great, but to be expected for free gear). *Do not pay extra to book breakfast with hotels.com.* We paid extra only to find out breakfast is complimentary to all guests. Hotels.com snubbed my complaint which is very disappointing. This negative feedback reflects on hotels.com rather than the hotel itself! Complimentary wifi is only available in the main restaurant (and I believe reception). It was nice to disconnect though and there was a library of hundreds of DVDs for guests to borrow!
