Saletoga Sands Resorts

We had a wonderful experience at this resort. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely recommend this resort and look forward to returning.

The room was clean and nicely situated in the resort by the ocean front. The bbq buffet dinner was outstanding with a huge selection of salads.

Air conditioner not cold enough , service at the restaurant not friendly but the Lobby was awesome. People at the Lobby were the most friendliest .

Excellent family bungalow which proved to be a good retreat at the end of each day A couple of things needed attention: - the fan only had 1 speed - fast. - the hot water was not available on a couple of days when showering. Otherwise the position and view was very good.

Clean rooms, attentive staff and excellent grounds keepers, very hard workers. The staff at the day spa were exceptional, fantastic massage. Its remote location forced you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. My only piece of advice would be to extend wifi access to the rooms instead of just the reception and restaurant area. Overall, good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saletonga Sands. The layout of the resort means everything is within easy reach and distance, the staff are helpful and lovely. We're already planning the next trip!

I had the best birthday experience at Salatoga Sands! The staff were amazing and so attentive (and always smiling!) The more than generous owner went above and beyond to make sure my birthday and stay was amazing! The resort was spotless and the pool Highly recommend!!

The housing we were in was the best. Room 404 Clean tidy and felt new. A very peaceful stay, we were away from the main dining area yet not too far to walk to the main dining areas. The pool was amazing nice and refreshing so cool compared to the ocean and had so much fun with my children and grandchildren

The staff are very efficient and friendly. Service is quick and everything is clean and tidied away quickly.

We loved it. A true island experience

The breakfast was fresh the only complaint I have is that it was the same food every day.

2nd we have stayed at this resort this year and we thought it was great the 1st time but honestly our 2nd visit was even better

My wife and I loved our stay at Saletoga Resort. Everything was awesome. From friendliness, cleanliness, awesome services, perfect location, our room was magnificent, attentiveness was nice.

Pool was excellent, great for kids and adults, even a pool for younger children.

The resort was just as advertised, thanks for the fantastic room upgrade, that really made our holiday comfortable. Freely available kayaks, snorkeling gear and reed shoes were excellent. The staff were all so friendly kind and helpful, no complaints there. The resort is quite isolated and far from airport and Apia, but the local taxis are affordable and available. Definitely take a taxi from the airport if there is more than one person in your party, very affordable. Fantastic breakfasts included and until 10.30!! The Fiafia night was a great experience and the savoury food was delicious. The restaurant and bar prices are high, as I believe all are on the island. There isn't anywhere close where you can choose to eat. Having said that the food is delicious and plentiful (mostly). There is a shop close by at the To Sua trench where you can get snacks etc at very reasonable prices. Taxis will take you for an all day hire for around $350WST, so you can see all the sights for a very low cost. I'd highly recommend Saletoga Sands Resort for your Samoan holiday.

This place is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The views and beaches made it even more enjoyable. The food at both restaurants was very good quality and we enjoyed the variety. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great too. The wait staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile however, we did find that when we dined at the restaurants at the resort, they didn’t come back at all to check if we needed anything (drinks etc) and I felt like I was being a bother when I did manage to get their attention. They were very quick to collect empty plates from the table but were gone before we had a chance to ask for anything else. We had issues with the hot water in our room (we had no hot water), however this was resolved the day after letting reception know. We were unable to get into the safe in our room and were advised only maintenance could open it for us. We were not advised how to change the code and instructions were not included in the booklet in the room. Our bathroom had a terrible smell when we arrived and it still smelt when we left. Because I have never been to Samoa, I am not sure if this is to be expected due to the heat. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday and i would choose to stay here again 😊
