清潔で快適なホテルでした。ただ食事代金がリゾート価格で相場より数倍の値段がする。

クリスマスシーズンだったので混雑していたせいもあり、宿泊費は高額（一泊592ドル)に設定されていましたが、この辺りではここがいいのでは⁉️と、こちらのホテルに4泊しました。しかしサービスは悪くとても星が付いているホテルのレベルではなかった。施設やお料理の味も最悪でした。一泊100ドルくらいなら納得しますが、600ドル近く払ってこのクオリティでは不快でしかない滞在となりました。 部屋までは全て電動車で移動するか歩くかしかないのですが、その電動車は広いホテル内に2.3台しかゲスト用に用意されてなく、ロビーで電動車を待つために数時間待たされたというお怒りのゲストもいた程。私達は子供がいたので最初は散歩気分でロビーから部屋までは10分弱歩いてましたが、荷物が多い時や子供が寝てしまい抱っこをしている時などは電動車がすぐに捕まらないことが不便でストレスでした。

Port Vilaの中心部から少し離れている島にあります。立地、設備、スタッフの対応など、良かったです。 滞在中、プール、カヤック、シュノーケルなど、無料で楽しめられます。レセプションで半日～１日のツアーを予約できて、かなり便利です。 この国の衛生状況はあまりよくないので、レストランのハエが多くて、驚きました。（多分、どのホテル行っても同じだろう。）この一点以外、かなりよいホテルだと思います。 レストランのハエを気になる方はルームサービスを活用したり、インスタントラーメンなどを持参することをおすすめします。

非常に印象は悪かったです。iririkiに向かう船着場はドブ臭く(実はもっと臭く)なぜ改善しないのか不思議で、ハエが多く、朝食はまずく、滞在中部屋のテレビ、ＷＩＦＩ,電話はつながらず。

家族で2泊しました。 総じて滞在は楽しめました。 ひとつだけ残念なことがありました。 部屋備え付けのドライヤーが壊れており、フロントへ対応を依頼するもなかなか対応してくれず。チェックイン後の夕方に一度、夜に一度、翌朝に一度と3回依頼するも、フロントからは既に直したとの返答。二日目の夕方にようやくテクニシャンが部屋に来たものの、ドライヤーが壊れたことをようやく確認したのみ。その後ようやく夜に代わりのドライヤーが届いた。 また、おなじコンセントを利用した持込電動歯ブラシが破損。原因は不明だが、前日にポートヴィラで宿泊したホテルでは問題なく使えていた。マネージャーへ報告するよう依頼したが、何の返答も無し。 その間、費やした時間や不愉快な思いをしたことが腹立たしい。

A wonderful kid-friendly location. The ferry ride to the island serves as a treat rather than a hindrance. Staff were very lovely, but they could use an ordering system since some information went missing. But otherwise, a fantastic location with great people.

Clean room but shower tiles not drained to outlet (filled with water). Staff generally nice however getting cocktails seemed to take a long time (>30 min) in some cases and after chasing up bar staff. Check was not great - promised check at 2pm didn’t happen until closer to 3:30pm with no apologies. Generally a good stay, food good however things could be done to ensure timeliness on some aspects that you expect in a resort.

Lovely long weekend from Sydney. Easy to get to from the mainland, and plenty of food options. The beach for snorkeling was a nbit underwhelming and the pool needed more loungers. Besides that the theme nights were a standout.

The breakfast was very limited. Resort not suitable for older guests . Staff were amazing and the location of the resort was great.

The rooms are a bit tired and in good need of a thorough bathroom cleanse. Little things need attention such as our toilet seat only having one bolt in it meaning it slid all over the place when sitting on it. These are things easily fixed by maintenance and should be brought to the attention of management by cleaning staff. The staff however are very friendly and despite these minor things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

island resort comfort

These guys are coming out of a natural disaster that has threatened their economy. They rely heavily on tourism and it felt really good to be supporting these lovely people simply by being there. There are signs of difficulty from when you land, but arriving on Iririki Island you see it hasn't been damaged and they are working hard to make the stay enjoyable. The people are laid back and so friendly. We had a great relaxing time.

Beautiful island, close to the main land. Super friendly and accommodating staff. They go above and beyond for you. Good amenities to relax or to keep active. Thank you for a great time!

Loved the friendliness of the staff but for a reputable resort the service was a bit lacking. For the times we dined in Azure our drinks did not arrive until we had finished our meal. As we were on holidays we like to have a drink or two in the evening but due to the extreme slow service we did not bother. The bed in our unit was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on and it squeaked any time you moved or rolled over. The toilet seat was broken and there was a large loose tile in the shower. I visited this resort about 20 years ago and it was nothing like it is now. This place is idyllic views wise and has so much potential - maybe open a cafe where people can get a sandwich/roll etc and a drink/milkshake rather than having to order a meal. The buffet in the morning was disappointing as the hot food was always cold. Hate being so negative but for the amount of money charged for accommodation, food and beverage it was not good value.
