だけど風呂のお湯を貯めようとしたら砂混じりの赤い水が出てきた。 しばらく出し続けるとだいぶんマシにはなったけど。。。場所が場所だけに仕方ないのかもしれないが、その分星一つマイナス。総合的には良いホテルです。

Excellent hotel and breakfast, we loved the room we had (splurged and did a suite both nights), but it was so worth it. Service was great and the location was really nice, close to many shops and coffee spots.

Das Hansa Hotel ist eben der Klassiker in Swakopmund. Die Historie lässt sich im Hotel atmen.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra camera in questo hotel: spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa con affaccio sul giardino interno. Il personale è stato molto gentile, comodo il parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Consigliato!

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city. It is a house with tradition, but always up to date. Good service and delicious breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, well preserved and clean. A jump back in history. Spacious rooms and renovated bathrooms. Restaurant staff not very friendly and food could be improved.

We stayed two nights here. The location is excellent in the middle of the town and easily walkable to restaurants and the sea. It has parking on site. The hotel is great- old and lots of old photos on the corridor walls. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We did not eat in the evening there.

The Hansa is in a great location, close to my favourite bars and restaurants in Swakopund. Although a bit dated the hotel is well maintained, clean and has a charming atmosphere. The staff are all very professional and courteous; it was also a nice bonus to find a room service menu in the room... the calamari was great btw.

We enjoyed our stay. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Oldest hotel on Swakopmund, but updated so have all the history with all you would expect from a mordern hotel. The suite was huge, staff was great, location was great. Would stay here again.

Hoewel we nadrukkelijk bij het boeken een kamer met balkon vroegen kregen we die in eerste instanie niet. Na enig aandring was kamer 15 met gote balkon toch vrij. Prima gastheren en -vrouwen. Uitstekend ontbijt, jammer geen speciaal oudejaars diner.

Ein Hotel, dass seinesgleichen sucht. Wie aus einer anderen Zeit. Service, Ausstattung, Frühstück, Personal - man kann sich nur wohlfühlen.

Stilvolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern im Herzen von Swakopmund. Hervorragendes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich - danke Lucy - und sehr leckeres Essen! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt - insgesamt 6 Nächte - und wir würden immer wieder im Hansa Hotel übernachten, wenn wir nach Swakopmund kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

No elevators to the 2nd floor is a problem for older customers.
