The view was great. My only issue is that Expedia advertises this as all inclusive I was unaware that’s but what I purchased. I found out when I got there that I was supposed to call and add the package. I had no food in my room. No water bottles. Nothing. The vending machine took dollar bills. Who carries dollar bills? Food was great. Everything else 10/10. But I only drank water during my meals. Who doesn’t offer water bottles?! View was spectacular and the cave was such a serene experience. Highly recommend, just bring dollars or buy water. 😊

Air conditioner in room was extremely noisy. Staff and room conditions were good. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities.

This once lovely place has been resting on its past for too long. I would not qualify it as a four star. Checked into an occupied room, had to wait almost an hour for another room. Manager Peter Firth told me room would be complementary, but still charged. Whoever is managing this resort does not have high enough standards. Fix the treadmill…it’s been broken for months.

Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The place itself was in a convenient location for transportation and close to the airport.

Staff was great and food was fabulous. The views are breathtaking. Make sure you let the property know of any credits for the spa and welcome gifts, because if not they won't honor it.

Courteous staff, great location, super-friendly resort cats

Nobody helped us with our bags at check in. We had the breakfast and dinner meal plan for two days. Breakfast was fine but the two dinners were terrible and overpriced. $60 per person for dinner and it only included water to drink. Not even tea with dessert. There were lots of staff milling around the resort but they seemed disconnected. Grounds were lovely and the rooms were clean. Roosters and chickens roamed the property and the crowing was all night long. Would not return.

The room was okay but not what I was expecting for the price and the front desk girl Kashota is a HORRIBLE AND RUDE person that ruins the whole beautiful atmosfere and how amazing the place is. The food was great and the service remarkable.

Staff was friendly, food options were limited unfortunately....very quiet, small resort.

Great place with their own caves where one can meditate in solitude or take a plunge in a cold water. Food was decent (there was a hiccup once, but staff went above and beyond to make up for it and compensate it, so I'm not reducing the rating). Location is convenient - close to the airport, with a bus stop with major bus routes right next to the resort.

We had an amazing stay. The food was the best part and the staff were awesome. The pool definitely needs updating but not a deal breaker for us because of the beautiful beach. We will definitely return. We did the all inclusive a must for our family of 5

Every single thing about our stay was perfect!! Clean, kind, beautiful and a must stay when visiting Bermuda. It’s your own slice of heaven!

Staff was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Location was great: 5 minutes from the airport, but zero noise from planes, beautiful beach, cave pool is magical, bus stops right in front of property, short walk to the Blue Hole and to Crystal Caves. Room was a little dated but comfortable and good size. Food was very good, not great, but better than most resorts. Overall, super relaxing. If we ever go back to Bermuda, we'll stay here again.
