子供も喜んで、とても良かった

町から少し離れたところにある　広いリゾート。コテージ式でわかれていて広い。プールサイドでビールを飲みながらゆっくりできました。

2回目の滞在となりましたが、今回はスーペリアラグーンのお部屋に家族3人で宿泊しました。 お部屋自体は普通のホテルルームで可もなく不可もなく。 海の目の前というのは良かったですが、ホテルの一番端に位置する部屋だったため、フロントなどの施設から、少し離れていたのが難点でした。 この位置の関係からか、無線ＬＡＮの電波が弱く不安定であり、また、家族全員に不評だったのは、シャワーのお湯の水圧が低かったことです。 これは部屋により差があるのかもしれませんが、シャワーを浴びた時間により、水圧が異なり、早朝など他の部屋でも利用が少ないと思われる時間は水圧が比較的高く、夕方など利用が多いと思われる時間はかなり低くなるようでしたので、ホテル全体、もしくは、部屋のある建物全体の問題だと思います。 それと、この部屋タイプには浴槽はありません。 バヌアツのホテルの中でもランクは高い方のホテルだと思いますが、部屋の洗面所付近などに小さいアリが出てきます。これは前回もそうで、この地域柄、これぐらいのことは仕方ないと思います。 しかしながら、相変わらずバヌアツの人は親切で、ホテルのスタッフは皆温かく接してくれます。 きれいな海をはじめとする自然はもちろんですが、これがこの国に来る一番の理由かもしれません。 また、このホテルは、テニスコートもあり（無料）、ゴルフコースもあり（プレー無料）、海やプールが肌寒い時期でも十分楽しむことができるのも気に入っているところです。 食事のビュッフェは、大人が2人いれば、13歳以下の子供は無料でした。（朝昼晩）

まず、今回はラグーンバンガローでの宿泊を予定していましたが、到着時にホテル側の都合で、スイートに変更されるという幸運に恵まれました（周りはハネムーナーばかりでしたが）。 ホテルの場所は、街の中心からは少し離れていますが、施設内のプール、テニス、ゴルフ、そして海など、リゾートを楽しむのなら十分楽しめます。もちろん、ホテルからいろいろなオプショナルツアーにも参加できます。 ホテル内のレストランでほとんどの食事をとりましたが、毎晩ビュッフェのテーマが異なり、飽きなかったことと、料理も結構おいしくいただけました。 ちょうどスクールホリデーのシーズンだったため、家族連れの方がたくさんいらっしゃいましたが、騒がしい印象もなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 またこの地域ですので部屋に虫がいるのは止むを得ませんが、それを考慮しても、十分清潔な印象を受けました。

Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Warwick Le Lagon. The staff were helpful and friendly and were responsive to our requests when we had them. The resort itself is beautifully located on the lagoon, with kayaking available, which we enjoyed. But the favourite (for my son) were the multiple pools and the swim-up bar 😄 We stayed in a garden bungalow that was clean and central to everything and still managed a glimpse of the lagoon Special thanks to these staff members who greeted us by name and made our stay more special: Josiana (🙏 for the upgrade), Inneth and Ileen Pros: ✅ Location ✅ Friendliness of staff ✅ Beauty of the grounds Cons: ⛔ Lack of food variety ⛔ Safety hazards of pool (broken tiles and many slippery surfaces and stairs) ⛔ Needed to ask for basic room amenities to be topped up when housekeeping was done ⛔ Cost (is equivalent to AUD and not as inexpensive as stays like Bali or Thailand)

We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected, with fresh eggs made to order and a solid (though fairly repetitive) selection. Dinner buffets were enjoyable — Indian night was a standout, and Italian night with fresh pasta and lasagna was great. A bit pricey, but worth it, especially with kids eating free. The location is beautiful, right on a private beach, and the pool area is stunning. We also recommend visiting The Three Pigs for great food and value, and the nearby Thai restaurant. Overall, 9/10 — don’t let the negative reviews put you off!

Room was very clean

Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with activities/tours in off season and when external tours are constantly cancelled or rescheduled because of cruise ships taking all the spots. Easier to organise your own driver to attractions or a day tour

Excellent facilities. Staff were very accommodating. Very pleasant stay.

Room was great, staff friendly, only thing to do better was took quite a while to book in with about 10 families at same time took 45mins once arrived to get to room. Would recommend any one to stay here

Areas like the pool have been upgraded but the rooms are in desperate need of renovations.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Warwick each stay better than the last staff always friendly.
