ワーウィック ル ラゴン - バヌアツ

子供も喜んで、とても良かった

町から少し離れたところにある　広いリゾート。コテージ式でわかれていて広い。プールサイドでビールを飲みながらゆっくりできました。

2回目の滞在となりましたが、今回はスーペリアラグーンのお部屋に家族3人で宿泊しました。 お部屋自体は普通のホテルルームで可もなく不可もなく。 海の目の前というのは良かったですが、ホテルの一番端に位置する部屋だったため、フロントなどの施設から、少し離れていたのが難点でした。 この位置の関係からか、無線ＬＡＮの電波が弱く不安定であり、また、家族全員に不評だったのは、シャワーのお湯の水圧が低かったことです。 これは部屋により差があるのかもしれませんが、シャワーを浴びた時間により、水圧が異なり、早朝など他の部屋でも利用が少ないと思われる時間は水圧が比較的高く、夕方など利用が多いと思われる時間はかなり低くなるようでしたので、ホテル全体、もしくは、部屋のある建物全体の問題だと思います。 それと、この部屋タイプには浴槽はありません。 バヌアツのホテルの中でもランクは高い方のホテルだと思いますが、部屋の洗面所付近などに小さいアリが出てきます。これは前回もそうで、この地域柄、これぐらいのことは仕方ないと思います。 しかしながら、相変わらずバヌアツの人は親切で、ホテルのスタッフは皆温かく接してくれます。 きれいな海をはじめとする自然はもちろんですが、これがこの国に来る一番の理由かもしれません。 また、このホテルは、テニスコートもあり（無料）、ゴルフコースもあり（プレー無料）、海やプールが肌寒い時期でも十分楽しむことができるのも気に入っているところです。 食事のビュッフェは、大人が2人いれば、13歳以下の子供は無料でした。（朝昼晩）

まず、今回はラグーンバンガローでの宿泊を予定していましたが、到着時にホテル側の都合で、スイートに変更されるという幸運に恵まれました（周りはハネムーナーばかりでしたが）。 ホテルの場所は、街の中心からは少し離れていますが、施設内のプール、テニス、ゴルフ、そして海など、リゾートを楽しむのなら十分楽しめます。もちろん、ホテルからいろいろなオプショナルツアーにも参加できます。 ホテル内のレストランでほとんどの食事をとりましたが、毎晩ビュッフェのテーマが異なり、飽きなかったことと、料理も結構おいしくいただけました。 ちょうどスクールホリデーのシーズンだったため、家族連れの方がたくさんいらっしゃいましたが、騒がしい印象もなく、快適に過ごすことができました。 またこの地域ですので部屋に虫がいるのは止むを得ませんが、それを考慮しても、十分清潔な印象を受けました。

Staff were very busy. Management needs to be done properly. Breakfast is not good at all. People come frim far to enjoy there's stay and pay top dollars and would like to get there money value. Working staff need to be trained and supported. Pool tiles are falling apart.

Poor communication from check - in, Unaware of kids eat free for lunch and dinner until the second day of stay. On arrival our Bed was broken,heaps of mosquitoes in room we need to call reception to ask for some spray to get rid of them. Cleaners did not clean the room daily or replace complimentary bottle water. They also had wifi issue for the 4 nights of our stay. Not a great stay for the price we paid. Disappointed as we were recommend to stay here.

The room was a bit tired but kept very clean. The bar staff at the pool were very friendly and accommodating, they are the best asset to the hotel. What was disappointing was that it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and I had emailed ahead to the hotel prior to our stay hoping when we arrived there would be some acknowledgment but nothing.

This might be the worst resort we've ever stayed in. Constant shortage of basic things (towels, glasses), very average food and staff were not especially customer service oriented. Although it felt more like they werent empowered to actually make decisions, which isn't their fault .

Our stay was excellent. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend this resort to anyone.

2 star service and property 5 star prices. Honestly couldn’t recommend it. Property is rundown and not well managed. Tiles stripping away from the pool rubbish throughout the grounds, never towels available at the pool never towels available through housekeeping. Service was always slow, no greetings or welcomes just staring past you until eventually it was impossible to ignore. Couldn’t check in until 3.5 hours after check in - no apology no communication, no updates unless we chased them. Buffet was constantly empty and the quality of food was barely edible. Plates and cutlery never removed from common areas - left out overnight. Housekeeping never removed any rubbish or plates. Room service never answered the calls and the a la carte pizza I ordered was gross. Wanted to love this place. It’s in a beautiful location and has everything it needs to be a great destination but the investment in the property is required and the management of the team and the service is required. The whole stay felt budget… only it wasn’t!

There was a mix up with my payment. It finally was straightened out but I haven’t received my refund yet.

We stayed 6 nights in a garden bungalow! It was amazing, the photos on various sites are legit 3 pools, pool bar, lagoon access. Staff are super friendly and helpful Small tip, due to earthquakes the roads around the property are in poor condition, so when doing day trips better to leave early due to traffic and slow driving

1 star for the staff is generous. Everything was hard work and the kids club so bad I couldn’t send my daughter there. I hope no one else goes here.

A beautiful resort made even more special by the beautiful people who work tirelessly to ensure you have a great stay.

The pool area was very good, and the bar staff always friendly and helpful. Our holiday was let down by resort management and planning, we arrived after 3 but couldn't access our room until nearer 5pm, on 2 evenings we couldn't get into the room as the keycard didn't work, the first time maintenance let us in but the next day we couldn't get back into the room and staff didn't understand the request to let us know by text or email when fixed, instead we lost 2 hours waiting for maintenance to fix, but they didn't, and it failed the following night, we requested a different room or some compensation but they were not interested in repairing the situation.

Our villa was on the lagoon and just wonderful!
