Probably the best place to stay in Vanuatu. Only real downside was buffet. Dinner didn’t have too many vegetarian options. Heaps of activities, kayaking they will teach you how to sail, paddle boarding. Had a little mini Gym on the waterfront. Highly recommend the bungalows on the water Laguna that was amazing view definitely stay at a resort in Fiji because there’s not much else to do in the country.

The resort looks idyllic but is quite tired and attention to detail lacks in some areas (dirty/dusty skirting boards, dead mosquitoes that have been killed stuck on the walls). The Kids Club staff were less than enthused to see our children and weren't attentive at all. The furniture in Kids Club was always packed up (chairs stacked on tables etc) and wasn't inviting for children to play and explore. Lots of activities were ok the timetable for Kids Club, but without attentive staff, it seems redundant. The breakfast is satisfactory, though the same options are presented with little variety each day. Caroline was most helpful with our daily coffee order and Rachel at the pool house was always warm and friendly to us. The wifi is very poor in several areas. Twin share kayaks were all broken on our stay so we couldn't kayak with our children. The resort manager was receptive to feedback but no changes were observed while we were staying. We killed several large cockroaches on our balcony each evening. Simple pleasures like sitting outside on our balcony was difficult as the chairs were so uncomfortable. We appreciated the room being made up each day and the lifts from the lobby to our room from the porter. Maintenance was carried out near our room and covers over water mains were left off, on the floor of our balcony which is unsafe.

Great hotel. Bit pricey if you buy drinks and food there all the time, but food and drinks are good. Breakfast is great. Wifi doesnt go to rooms, which usually wouldn't be a problem, but I had to work, so always had to get close to reception to do that. Would be handy in this day and age if wifi was upgraded. Great pools, nice staff, clean beach. Good Fire show. Would recommend

The staff were really nice, the food was excellent. The kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean. The kids had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding. Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. The buffet was great but occasionally there were issues with getting cutlery and the kids buffet kept running out and it took a while to refill Other than that highly recommend

Staff amazing. Breakfast included had some good points, the omelette chef deserves a medal as he’s doing so much. All the food in Bain Marie stone cold each day and bacon unable to be chewed. Such shame as staff on the floor work so hard. We did notice a senior staff member standing, over staff watching but he,didn’t lift a finger to help them. The biggest fault in the hotel is the internet. It is,almost non existent so as a business owner I can’t have a full holiday and need wifi so my day to day can be handled. I praise the staff but unsure if management is on top of the problems.

The resort was a little run down. We stayed in a lagoon view bungalow right at the end of the resort and could not get any wifi signal. Pool was amazing.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and I’d like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Overall, the team across the resort were friendly, kind, courteous, and very helpful. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens that create a lovely atmosphere. The snorkelling was a highlight, and having complimentary equipment available was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the recreational facilities and had fun using the pool table, table tennis, and tennis courts, although some of the equipment could benefit from being updated or replaced. The accommodation was clean and comfortable; however, the bathrooms could use a refresh and a more modern look. We also found that towels, body wash, and other toiletries were not replenished daily, so we needed to request these items. Beach towels were sometimes unavailable as they were frequently being washed or dried, which meant having to wait. It would also be helpful to provide guests with a little more local information on arrival, such as typical taxi costs and shop opening hours, particularly noting that some shops close from midday on Saturdays. Great pools, outdoor activities, well kept resort, with beautiful staff. We would recommend you to stay here - we loved it

Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Warwick Le Lagon. The staff were helpful and friendly and were responsive to our requests when we had them. The resort itself is beautifully located on the lagoon, with kayaking available, which we enjoyed. But the favourite (for my son) were the multiple pools and the swim-up bar 😄 We stayed in a garden bungalow that was clean and central to everything and still managed a glimpse of the lagoon Special thanks to these staff members who greeted us by name and made our stay more special: Josiana (🙏 for the upgrade), Inneth and Ileen Pros: ✅ Location ✅ Friendliness of staff ✅ Beauty of the grounds Cons: ⛔ Lack of food variety ⛔ Safety hazards of pool (broken tiles and many slippery surfaces and stairs) ⛔ Needed to ask for basic room amenities to be topped up when housekeeping was done ⛔ Cost (is equivalent to AUD and not as inexpensive as stays like Bali or Thailand)

We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected, with fresh eggs made to order and a solid (though fairly repetitive) selection. Dinner buffets were enjoyable — Indian night was a standout, and Italian night with fresh pasta and lasagna was great. A bit pricey, but worth it, especially with kids eating free. The location is beautiful, right on a private beach, and the pool area is stunning. We also recommend visiting The Three Pigs for great food and value, and the nearby Thai restaurant. Overall, 9/10 — don’t let the negative reviews put you off!

Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with activities/tours in off season and when external tours are constantly cancelled or rescheduled because of cruise ships taking all the spots. Easier to organise your own driver to attractions or a day tour
