Everything was perfect

Room was clean, can use a little face uplift in the penthouse suite. Air conditioner was a little loud when running, very hard to operate properly. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great wait staff.

Room was cleaned, staff and breakfast were great. Always have a pleasant stay. On this occasion though my floor was incredibly noisy until late. I would still stay again but hope to be able to sleep better next time

Excellent service

Although the room was clean and staff was great, there were a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The wifi was not the best connection, the room had a non functional tv and the lights kept going off in the night

Arriving at the R I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the pleasant staff.I had actually come here for lunch-before and it was delicious,!They didn’t disappoint,breakfast was superb.My kitchenette was clean and had all the necessities.If you need to cook carry a small pot or frying pan.But believe me you are not going to need it.Good food ,good vibes!Near everything.

Excellent Service

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and there is a lovely view from the restaurant up top! It is also conveniently located to the sites I wanted to see.

The rooms were comfortable

I booked a room with two beds. They did not have my room when I arrived and gave me a handicap room with a cot and tried to tell me it was an upgrade. Breakfast was included which was excellent.

First I would like to higlight that when it comes to the cleanliness of the room, I give it a 10/10.

The hallway on the second floor reeked and was horribly stained. The "pool" is not a functional one. It is more like a decorative water feature separating the bar from the dining area, so a swimmer would have to want to use the pool while surrounded by diners. Weird. There are more affordable options with better facilities in Kingston.

Very good

Small hotel perfect for weekend stay. Clean room, nice staff. Only thing no real pool. The so called pool is on the roof between the bar and restaurant/dining room. Food was good. Parking available but tight. Internet good and reliable. Would stay again.
