I had a lovely experience ☺️

The food can be a wider range of Guyanese dishes and have more taste and the cocktail drinks taste more like water with no alcohol in it

Breakfast was ok, there was no hot or warm water for my entire stay

Overall pretty good. Building could use some maintenance.

Good hotel

The hotel is a bit dated for the price you pay per a night. However the front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Having access to the pool was also great. It is a great location - close to the mall and Starbucks and the front view of the hotel you can see the new bridge at night.

We had no hot water for 6 nights. Staff stated that solar was not working and due to holiday maintenance was not available. I complained to front desk from day we checked in (Thursday) but was told manager will be in following Tuesday. Upon checking out I requested partial refund or another night. We were comped one more night in a different room that had hot water. This shows that we could have been moved to a different room that had hot water but no one notified us of this. No one is transparent at this hotel.

We didn't get to have breakfast because we had to check out early for our flight but our stay wash really nice.

Rooms clean. However needs maintenance of bathroom. Water leaking through bathroom wall. Water leaking from exhaust fan over toilet. Staff ok Average. Cleaners excellent. Duct cleaning needs urgent cleaning in dinning area. Washing and painting og building facade. Walkways, needs fixing. Injuries can occur.

breakfast had very limited options no variety. property was leaking so there are bukets collecting the water all over, property needs a face life, balconies are dirty, i stayed there 2 years ago anf from then to now nig difference in the up keep of property, very sad to see this.

We were not allowed to eat in the restaurant for breakfast because of VIP guests so every morning we had to sit outside where flies and bees are around your breakfast.They did not care when I complained after I got bitten on my leg.

The facility is clean and staff are friendly.

Do not stay here. The pool area is the only nice bit. Room was dirty, food was terrible. Staff need customer service training, very patronising attitude. Unable to do basic things like charge room service to the room. Avoid avoid. The book-a-ride taxi service is excellent however but they are a separate company to the Ramada

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. The only downside was the pool area. During the hours the pool was open, children’s swimming lessons were taking place and the kids were crowded in the 4–5 ft section of the pool. When we tried to use the lower end of the pool, the instructors running the lessons were not very welcoming, which made it a bit uncomfortable and not as relaxing as expected. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and the hotel itself is very nice.

Mediocre

I’m so happy they are building new hotels in the area … this just might be the last time I stay here the hotel has become so run down , dirty , unclean and the fact that the pool is open to the public … not cool … always running out of breakfast and takes them 20-30 minutes to restock … don’t get meat after on the elevator always shutting down mid lift.

Good room, clean and smells nice. AC works great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any concerns. Location pretty convenient, walking distance to grocery, restaurants/bars.
