Room clean staff friendly food not so tasty and patio rail need an upgrade. But beyond it all very safe and always can find some type of activity to do

Room was fine. Large and clean. Pool restaurant staff left much to be desired.

No hot water only luke warm water

I was disappointed in the roaches observed in my executive room on 4th floor.

I had a issue with my room and I informed the front desk and they were very helpful and friendly and the switch my room was no problem The breakfast food was very cold , the need to do better with the breakfast

Every thing was good

Beautiful spacious room. Delicious food options. But what stood out was the staff. My hubby got hurt and they went above snd beyond to help us ❤️

The black female staff at the bar who collects money is rude af. Had me waiting 15mins to just pay my bill looked at me while she ignored me in my face. The hotel had no entertainment on Christmas Day dead vibes $2100 for 3 cans of coke, breakfast is made with no love and would not give it to my dog, the room is out dated and In serious need for a renovations shower leaked in to the middle of room the mirror had black specks decor was old the hallways felt like u was in a horror movie dark and low lighting as well as the lights in the suite the bulbs seem to be in one side of my suite and not the other. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The rest of the staff except the one who was at the kitchen till was ok but it’s a no for me the $230usd a night is ridiculously priced and the gym all the equipment is was damaged the running machine all the belts was torn so u will trip and most likely trip and fall down very hazardous. And the hotel offer no entertainment unless u pay 25,000.00 gyd for a new years something that was not explained in detailed in the invite letter I think they are exploiting guest and prices are randomly extortionate. Do not waste your time paying these high prices for absolutely nothing and public can come through the hotel and use there amenities for a fee. This hotel is all about money and not putting in satisfactory services for guest I would rate this a 2/5 as it is that bad.

The front desk was embarrassing... Charged 45000 Guyana dollars more or the second person couldn't accompany me up... Which hotels you can't take visitors? Very very unprofessional..

The service was great 👍

Overall good experience, however, I order the salmon salad and it was a disaster. Salmon cold and avocado not good . Server didn’t care about my concerns and walked away feeling disappointed. Hospitality seems to be a challenge in that moment.

The staff was great, customer service was 10/10, however the amenities such as the shower was shaky and didn’t work properly, the balcony was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been clean in awhile

Multiple items on the menu were not available due to supply issues.
