The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!

The staff was great, customer service was 10/10, however the amenities such as the shower was shaky and didn’t work properly, the balcony was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been clean in awhile

Dimly lit hallways are a bit too low give off spooky vibes. It’s clean. It gets very noisy in the morning when housekeeping comes around. Tried to sleep in on a holiday but that morning a different housekeeping employee came by and disregarded the do not disturb sign. Get an international number or at least answer reservation emails. Towels are hard/harsh. Book a ride is atrociously expensive, local taxis are triple less cheaper.

Staff was courteous, food was tasty, room was clean and smell great. What I enjoyed the most was the fresh fruits and local fruit juices every morning at breakfast. Overall I give the whole experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They charge me double than the online prices and then had me waiting over an hour to checkin

Room could use an upgrade to this century. Fromt desk staff friendly. However their restaurant staff and food poolside was horrible.

First room had cockroaches. Moved to another room. Still had cockroaches. AC unit was leaking so we put an ice bucket there to catch the drips. Notable: laptop wifi/password is totally different than phone wifi. I had work and it would have been nice to be informed of this when given the cell phone wifi info. Seemed to be plenty staff that worked there but they either just stand around and stare at you or look like the grumpiest people ever servicing you. Never how I would have my business run. The pool was the highlight. Was large and clean. Only open 10-6, my kids wanted in there as often as possible. If you want OK then this will be OK.

The shower head is not fully functional. Appears it popped sometime back and the water is flowing to one side. Uncomfortable to shower. The furniture on the balcony is very dirty as well. We would not use the balcony although it's a great view of the bridge. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful though :)

The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly.

The soap from the previous guest was left in the shower, my room was not fully cleaned from the previous guest, from the start we were given trouble to check in, even though we had the printed reservation and the Expedia email! Was told I was wrong or Expedia made the mistake and told to call Expedia. TVs did not work. I was charged more for the room than my booking, I can go on and on… I will not be back, travelled overseas for a stressful stay.

Stay was brilliant a comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Allana and the front desk staff were helpful and made stay super smooth with advice and recommendations on the area. Would definitely recommend staying here

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a room to spend the night with my daughter for her 7th birthday, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. Upon entering, there was an empty condom wrapper on the floor, which was extremely inappropriate, especially with a child present. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the shower did not work properly. The restaurant service was also poor. The waitress took a very long time with our order, and when the food finally arrived, no forks were provided. We had to ask for basic utensils after the meal was already served. This stay ruined what was meant to be a special birthday night. Cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Room was adequate. Furniture was old and broken. Shower faucets was also broken. The floor still had chowmein and some salad on the ground from previous guests. There was also a an unusual smell like fungus oldness. Broken outlets on the wall. The room was average
