閑静な環境にある清潔なホテルです。空港との送迎も有償で依頼できます。早朝の出発でしたが、美味しいサンドイッチを用意してくれました。離れに新築のホテルを増築しています。自然素材を活かしたよい設計です。次回はそちらを利用しようと思います。レストランが離れているのが難点。

All staff are so kind without exception.Food is excellent too.

深夜到着でも対応はしてもらえた． Kingsize bed room とQueens bed room は場所も離れており，サービスも含めて値段なりの違いはあった．

The staffs were very nice. I had a problem with the reservation and told about it to the staffs. They heard it patiently and did a quick improvement about it. I know no one will see the same problem. I stayed at the Guest House. The room is a little old, but kept clean and nice. (The closet was musty, so I kept my clothe in the suitcase.sorry. ) Hot shower was available any time. No TV, but free-wifi connection. The restaurant, shop and the art space are good place to enjoy Rwandan life & culture. The dishes of the restaurant tastes very nice. I recommend this place to the travelers interested in Rwanda to use as a door to its local life.

Overall, this was a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My one complaint was communication before my arrival. I emailed and would wait for a few days and needed to send a message via WhatsApp for a response. I had arranged a market tour and cooking class weeks on advance, but it felt like those running the cooking class were not prepared for the start time.

Vi bodde här en vecka tidigare och hade en fantastisk upplevelses rakt igenom. Den här gången höll rummet (trots att vi fick byta) och servicen inte samma klass, men restaurangen med dess personal var lika fantastisk som förra gången.

Vi fick ett fantastiskt mottagande när vi kom, sällan varit med om något liknande. Vi åt både frukost och middag där, och det var femstjärnigt. Rummet var bedagat men välstädat och det var trevligt med en liten kaka på kvällen.

The property had beautiful settings; the pool was nice and the dining are was very charming.

Wonderful property, great location, very peaceful in the heart of the city.

I always enjoy my stay at Heaven - friendly staff, an on-site restaurant, and comfortable bedding. This is my go-to place whenever I arrive to Kigali, the perfect way to get some rest after a long flight! Will continue staying here every time I return.

Personalet var veldig vennlige. Rommet var alltid rent etter renhold og frokosten er kjempe bra. Hotellet er veldig sentralt også

Staff was super helpful and responsive. Room was clean and spacious and had everything needed - ample towels and toiletries, nice hot water, tea and coffee station, filtered water, mosquito net and comfy bed. Turn down service left tasty cookies for bedtime snack. Breakfast at the restaurant was made to order and had plentiful offerings. In a very nice walkable location.

Was looking forward to staying here after reading great things about it. Very underwhelmed with the experience. The room was small and dated and needed general maintenance. We had made two separate bookings because we extended our stay before we had even arrived. We were not able to just stay in the room, we had to check out at 11 and move to another room at check in time. The WiFi was very spotty. The pool area was very small.
