閑静な環境にある清潔なホテルです。空港との送迎も有償で依頼できます。早朝の出発でしたが、美味しいサンドイッチを用意してくれました。離れに新築のホテルを増築しています。自然素材を活かしたよい設計です。次回はそちらを利用しようと思います。レストランが離れているのが難点。

All staff are so kind without exception.Food is excellent too.

深夜到着でも対応はしてもらえた． Kingsize bed room とQueens bed room は場所も離れており，サービスも含めて値段なりの違いはあった．

The staffs were very nice. I had a problem with the reservation and told about it to the staffs. They heard it patiently and did a quick improvement about it. I know no one will see the same problem. I stayed at the Guest House. The room is a little old, but kept clean and nice. (The closet was musty, so I kept my clothe in the suitcase.sorry. ) Hot shower was available any time. No TV, but free-wifi connection. The restaurant, shop and the art space are good place to enjoy Rwandan life & culture. The dishes of the restaurant tastes very nice. I recommend this place to the travelers interested in Rwanda to use as a door to its local life.

Great setting with greenery all around. Lots of security 24/7. Gym, bar lovely. Nothing close to walking to as of shopping though.

There is 2 properties for this hotel. The Boutique & standard hotel. We stayed in the standard. It is very safe with security 24 hours. The staff are very helpful and can arrange anything. The rooms a clean, heaps of storage, goid ensuite and comfy netted bed with A/C. Decor is dated. Free WiFi and great breakfast. They have a excellent pool and offer gym, yoga and free massage. They can arrange tours and transport. There are bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking of hotel. We found it safe as the area seemed business like. We walked to a great restaurant called The Bistro. This Kiyovu district has a mall with shops and is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel met expectations, and the staff provided satisfactory service with a welcoming demeanor. However, the dining experience at the restaurant was underwhelming, contrasting with its previously acclaimed reputation as a premier culinary destination in Kigali. The quality and flavor profiles have noticeably declined, prompting the need to seek alternative dining options.

Room was not that spacious, and we encountered a couple of issues with our bathroom: shower drain was clogged and water overflowing into the rest of the bathroom and our room! That same evening we noticed the water closet or bidet leaking water again in the bathroom. Water pressure was very bad and hot water only worked a couple of minutes before switching to cold then back again to hot. It was disruptive and honestly annoying. Food at breakfast looked good but tasted bland. Everything lacked salt or was unseasoned, a total missed opportunity and a wonder because we heard good things about the restaurant. It was good enough to sleep in, but consider other options when staying in Kigali.

The property was beautiful! So close to city center but you would never know it as it is built in the landscape and looks like a private tropical retreat The staff could not do enough for you and very notable that they cared about every experience The food was spectacular. We had breakfast lunch and dinner there. Our group did the wine pairing 6 course dinner. Do not miss this but skip lunch and go hungry. The meal and wine selection was to perfection. The bartender complimented each portion of the meal with a beautiful description of each wine with its origin! Just amazing! I highly recommend the seamstress to make you or a loved one something special. I had them make my son a shirt and I just showed her a picture of him!! It was a perfect fit. So special! We also had our laundry done and I would highly recommend that if you have a lengthier stay A few things that could improve - outside our boutique room 108 early morning was the employees starting their day just gathering and talking but woke us up. They were doing nothing wrong and unaware of their conversation waking us It was also the spot if some power washing cars and whatever other items and that started at 6 am. The evening receptionist caused confusion ever transaction. She actually forgot to check us out and called us and asked us to turn around and come back. If you know the traffic to airport in Kigali you will know that is not a request to be making. She needs more guidance as she is in training Great stay!

Absolutely loved the charm of this hotel! Everything was easy from check in to check out. Immaculate facilities! Great spa- great massages. The food was delicious. Especially breakfast! I would absolutely stay here again! Lots history too with the family. Check out A Thousand Hills to Heaven.

The staff was more than accommodating, the grounds were beautiful, the food was fantastic.

Great location in a safe, clean, leafy green, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Central Business District of Kigali. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the huge buffet breakfast in the lush garden setting is wonderful. I ate dinner at the restaurant at least 4 times while in Kigali, and each night it was very nice, with wonderful menu choices, attentive staff and a relaxing dining atmosphere. My room in the 4-star hotel was nice for one person, but would probably be very tight for 2 people. I liked the balcony, high ceilings, and colorful African decor. There was a mosquito in my room, which was a bit strange, but there is mosquito netting over the bed, which was nice. My only input is that it would be nice if the property had a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The price they charge for this is outrageous given the distance involved -- even by American standards -- and I chose to find another way. But many of their competitor hotels offer if, and I doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to step up and match the competition. FWIW, I nearly chose another hotel because of this detail.

Really great for holidays but not suitable for business travelers.

I think we had a member of staff at the reception who was not at all helpful. The booking for messages was nonexistent even 1week in advance.We one person eventually managed to get a booking interrupted several times and also noticed that the staff doing the messages were sitting ideal and chatting despite us being told they are all fully booked with no break.
