２日目に外出先から戻ると、2泊で申し込みし支払い済みにもかかわらず、フロントで「1泊しか受けていない」と主張され部屋に入れてもらえなかった。１０分後確認がとれたが、謝罪もなくキーカードを渡された。 ヘアドライヤーが部屋になかったため、フロントにお願いしたが、届くのに３０分以上要した。 これまで当該アプリで多くのホテルを利用してきたが、最悪の気持ちだった。 ホテル自体は清潔で部屋も良かっただけに、とても残念だった。 次回、このホテルは利用しない。

I stayed this hotel for almost 2 weeks in total. Room and facilities are ok. Especially the receptionists need to be improved. Checking in and out took so much time though room was prepaid and no extra charge.

Stayed a week on business trip. It was under renovation when I stayed. Clean and comfortable room and they have good breakfast too.

Overall good. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast has good variety and the view at restaurant is beautiful. One issue is shower screen which cannot effectively block shower water.

Modern comfortable hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. We underwent a thorough security check at the gate which was very comforting. Inside is very plush and luxurious and the staff were excellent. We were offered hot towels to clean our hands and a refreshing drink of fruit-infused water and fruit were available. We stayed in the executive twin bed room as an upgrade and we were shocked at the quality and ambience of the room. The single beds were very narrow and uncomfortable, more the size of camp beds and not what you would expect in a hotel of this standard. Poor lighting/room gloomy. We ordered room service on the furst night. Room service was inedible - lamb chops too salty and fatty; mixed veg was dripping with salt; mash was lumpy. The lunch buffet was very nice with a wide selection of dishes. The pineapple crumble was so good- heavenly! All the staff were nice, friendly abd professional.

The staff were, as we expected from our previous stay, wonderful. Mercy and Janet at the Reception Desk, Nicholas and Gabriel, and Wilson in Housekeeping. The condition of the property is immaculate! The hotel is definitely of the highest standard.

The staff was wonderful! Mercy and Janet in reception were patient and prompt in answering our questions. Nicholas was amazing in helping us settle into our room. He went the extra mile to work with the reception desk in getting us a more suitable room because the room we were first assigned smelled of fresh paint. Gabriel, the doorman, was just as helpful. Wilson, the housekeeper, did a magnificent job in cleaning our room and making sure we had a good supply of water and coffee! The staff in the Transportation and Tours Desk expertly arranged for a city tour for us. They assigned the most qualified driver, Jaguar. Jaguar did a fantastic job taking us to landmark spots of the city. He did a good job explaining the history and current situation of many of the places he took us to. I recommend him highly for that kind of tour. We got more than our money's worth. We had breakfast and dinner twice in the hotel restaurant. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner is very good--many delicious items. The dining staff, like the other staff in the hotel were courteous and professional. Overall, Radisson Blu, Upper Hill, is among the best hotels I have ever stayed in; and, being a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many! The property is superbly maintained, and the staff is without a doubt, the best!

Excellent
