Booked via Expedia and honestly disappointed with both the hotel and the handling of the issue. During my stay, the water stopped while I was in the shower without any warning, which left me unable to rinse off properly. It affected my entire day.
The hotel only gave a generic apology and the reaction was really awkward. They redirected me to Expedia. When contacting Expedia, they also struggled to get a proper resolution, it felt like there was no real ownership of the issue.
As a customer, you expect someone to take responsibility and offer a fair solution. Instead, I was left dealing with the situation myself.
Very frustrating experience overall. I do not recommend.
