清潔さと駅からの近さでこのホテルを選びました。期待通りでしたので非常に満足しています。フロントも24時間対応で、対応も暖かく親切でした。廊下や上の階の歩く音がやや響くので、神経質な方は気になるかもしれませんが、騒がしいといった事は特にありませんでした。アメニティーや最新の設備という意味では充分とは言えませんが、ロンドンは宿泊量が高いのでその点に照らせば値段相応だと思います。全体として大変満足しています。

Great room, really good breakfast and perfect location

The air confitioning was noisy (Rm 102) and kept clicking on/off resulting in a disturbed night.

Lovely room clean well equipped with a safe ..fabulous food at breakfast… very safe with key card to open all entrances.. love the lift to front shops.. staff so nice and efficient… great speedy check in … lovely seating areas in reception and breakfast areas… we’ll definitely be back

Very Pet friendly hotel , super location just of the Torquay marina. Clean nice and welcoming,. Great and professional stuff behind bar and reception. Parking in one min walk available for 10.50 per 24h. Thanks to hotel suff for making this stay so pleasant experience.

The staff were very welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake will defo be coming back

Location was great, hotel was fantastic rooms very modern & very clean. Beds lovely & comfortable breakfast was great such wide choice of foods to have. stayed here many times now & look forward to coming again

Staff were nice. Room was changed without telling me (King room became queen room) milk was expired in room (6 weeks past best before). Very nice breakfast and shower fantastic!

Spotless and lovely staff. Handy for Torquay harbour. Would recommend. Complimentary breakfast as well - nice.

Room had couple of marks on carpet one being a burn mark strange that the shower had no door to it otherwise all good lovely breakfast good range

The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! The staff were brilliant… our door locks battery failed so we were locked out but the cleaner tried to help and called maintenance and he was there within 5 mins. Excellent service from everyone!
