混雑する嵐山において、ロケーション抜群の、卓越したデザイン建築のくつろぎのホテルでした。朝食もおいしかったです。 ただ残念だったのは、家族で泊まれるメゾネットタイプのお部屋はなぜか窓が開けられず、空調もセントラルヒーティング。少々暑くても自分で室温を調節できないという閉塞感がありました。川沿いのダブルやツインなら、快適だったかと思います。 駐車場で苦労する京都ですが、数台駐車も可能です。さらに通路やフロアに段差がなく、車イスの高齢者も問題なくリラックスして過ごせました。スタッフのみなさんも温かく接してくださいました。

朝食が微妙 価格に対する満足は無かった シャワーの水圧は弱い。 食事のスタッフはいまいち

渡月橋と桂川がすぐそばで、川のせせらぎを聴きながらとてもリラックスできました。 アメニティも設備も　最新かつ心遣いに溢れて使い勝手が良く、またゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。

こちらのホテルは、スタッフの方がどの方もとても親切で話しやすいです。お部屋のアメニティも充実していますし、ベッドやソファも心地よい物が入っています。欲を言えば女性用にメイク落としのクレンジングがあると良いと思いました。

자연친화적인 호텔. 테라스있는 리버뷰 룸 숙박이었는데 머무르는 내내 물소리 들으며 힐링했네요 호텔내의 알랭듀카스 레스토랑도 좋았습니다

Vaulted ceilings were a huge plus. Our room over the front courtyard was so peaceful

The hotel was amazing, beautiful, and clean. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel in Kyoto.

Amazing property right next to the Katsuragawa with view of the river and Togetsu bridge. Rooms are spacious with modern minimalist design. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. The best hotel we have stayed in while traveling in Japan.

I will return to this hotel agai.

The staff are so wonderful - so knowledgable, kind and helpful. The rooms are large, super clean and comfortable. The hotel location is great - you can walk to all the sites.
