総合評価とレビュー Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort

レセプションエリアは改装されてたのかすごく綺麗で新しい感じがしたが、部屋は古くて全体的に掃除が行き届いておらず不愉快だった。 部屋の空調管理か原因は分からなかったが、到着した時こら床全体が湿っぽく、タオルを敷かないと歩けず、すごく不快で部屋を交換してもらった。 その際のレセプションの対応や、部屋に来てくれたスタッフの迅速な対応にまだ救われ、次の部屋がとてもマシだったので何とか寝ることができた。 朝食も美味しく、無料アクテビティもあってホテルのサービス自体にはすごく満足した。 それを遥かに上回るホテルの古さと汚さにがっかりだった。

Everything was beautiful

Underwhelming for price. Resort where as many rooms in double story concrete blocks are arranged around lovely gardens. Not my cup of tea. Breakfast variety was good but kinda cold. Entrance to reception is lovely.

No better than a pub stay

The hotel was lovely. The only thing that ruined our stay was the restaurant. No table service ,and the food was terrible . Being such a lovely venue the restaurant needs some improvement .

Great stay, lovely staff, hard to find apartment and aircon was quite noisy during the night but overall a nice stay.

Rooms remain modern, clean and there are good facilities available. The gardens are extensive with local wildlife to enjoy watching. Definitely worth coming back again.

Lovely n clean

Oldish, sliding doors didn’t work, no safe , missing bed side lamp , spoon , vanity light didn’t work, broken hanger - very disappointed . However the bed and pillow were very comfortable and clean

Loved it, the staff was amazing

The hotel is great - gardens well maintained - staff very pleasant and helpful - housekeeping needs attention : bed top sheet well done, bottom sheet not even streched, cups and glasses not cleaned, coffee not replaced, floor not vacc or mopped on 3 days stay, towels not replaced when required. Housekeeper needs a better control.

Disappointing stay as resort is very run down, rooms were sub standard for the price, not even a saucer for a tea cup, no cutlery. Poolside tables and lounge old and ratty, ants in the room. Did not feel like resort living unfortunately.

On the first night it took me 30 minutes to get through to in room dining. Then I was advised there was no standard beers available. The food that was delivered was terrible. The room is tired and does not accommodate any USB fittings. I found hair in the bathtub the following morning.

Has everything at the place

We enjoyed our stay and the facilities. The staff were very helpful. Our room had a view of the lagoon which was very nice.

rooms dated and out first room stank of cigarette smoke . they did move us to another room. peak season and it was just to fill of kids and not enough seats and umbrellas. so no good for couples at all food had long waits so uber eats worked . i would rush back but many families were having a good time

Great hotel, stayed with my family, boys aged 11 & 7 they had a great time. Loved the kayaking and sail boats. The pool was excellent. About 4min walk to the patrolled beach. Excellent place to stay.

The entrance and hotel looks very luxury-beside the look the rooms are very poor conditions. The AC are super dusty and the whole interior looks like 1977.
