レセプションエリアは改装されてたのかすごく綺麗で新しい感じがしたが、部屋は古くて全体的に掃除が行き届いておらず不愉快だった。 部屋の空調管理か原因は分からなかったが、到着した時こら床全体が湿っぽく、タオルを敷かないと歩けず、すごく不快で部屋を交換してもらった。 その際のレセプションの対応や、部屋に来てくれたスタッフの迅速な対応にまだ救われ、次の部屋がとてもマシだったので何とか寝ることができた。 朝食も美味しく、無料アクテビティもあってホテルのサービス自体にはすごく満足した。 それを遥かに上回るホテルの古さと汚さにがっかりだった。

We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad

The food available here is so far bad it’s indescribable. The hotel is fine, pool and location perfect, the bar is fun but the restaurant food is crap. A colleague had the pizza, it was seemingly made with packet ham, my burger and chips…well I couldn’t eat them and i eat almost everything. $30 burger that was so bad it was unetible. The breakfast was good

Great stay and everything was neat and tidy Beach cleaned every day Staff were professional and helpful.

My stay at Twin waters NovatelThe room very old and very dated at least 30 years television very old no Internet Netflix or anything now in our movies. No nothing just your normal TV stations carpet tiles I reckon 30 years old maintenance of the overall estate holes in ceilings in the hallway and stairways from water damage plants growing out of gutters on roof which more than likely caused this damage and rusty gutters with massive holes facias falling off the side of the veranda’s restaurant. That’s another story fishfingers weren’t the best as fish of the day dining menu very poor had to travel to Maroochydore for dinner each night after the first nights disgusting dinner poor pub food not restaurant quality out of five star I would rate two star said to see what was once a five star now only two after paying nearly $1000 for three nights mid week not money well spent could do a lot better elsewhere

Food choices were very limited and brought out mains just after entrees which hadnt finished. What food we had was good

Everyone and everything excellent

Would not stay here again. It is more of a family place and tthere were tonnes of kids given the holiday season. The property is very tired and given the nightly cost, did not feel it was warranted. Restaurant menu was average at best.

Great staff location away from things but plenty to do at the hotel menu needs improvements

Great location, fabulous gym & pool, and easy access to a beautiful beach. The grounds were lovely. The rooms & bathrooms however do need a facelift in the non executive section. Bonuses were seeing the sunrise from your room and wild kangaroos grazing at dawn and sunset.

Clean room but old and worn out facilities in the room. Food was OK and park area around the facilities was lovely

We stayed in the newer section but there was still mould in the bathroom. Pool/ beach area was nice. Food definitely let the experience down. We are returning customers, but felt the standard has dropped.

We stayed for 1 night and it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. However, there was no moisturizer provided which is disappointing as I did not bother packing any as we have recently stayed at another resort and this is something that was provided. Also not enough tissues are provided so we ran out and given we're only there for 1 night it's not a big deal but just an inconvenient. Overall, we would stay here again and will be back to spend more than 1 night on our next visit. The property was well maintained, the swimming pool was great, the activities for the kids was a great bonus and the ambience of the place is just so nice and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was nice and overall, the entire experience was worth the price.

great property for family’s starting to get a bit old now though some areas no longer being used like old bar area now used for kids play area rooms are good size for family’s but again starting to look a bit old pool area and lakes still the jewel of the property and we spent everyday there grandkids loved it

Great food, reasonable price and clean room

The food was expensive for the evening meal and not the best but breakfast was amazing. Staff were great but bar service could have been better with attention to detail such as serving the right drinks and giving matching glasses when we ordered win.

Long wait to check in, bathroom was dirty, limited in room dining options for families.
