レセプションエリアは改装されてたのかすごく綺麗で新しい感じがしたが、部屋は古くて全体的に掃除が行き届いておらず不愉快だった。 部屋の空調管理か原因は分からなかったが、到着した時こら床全体が湿っぽく、タオルを敷かないと歩けず、すごく不快で部屋を交換してもらった。 その際のレセプションの対応や、部屋に来てくれたスタッフの迅速な対応にまだ救われ、次の部屋がとてもマシだったので何とか寝ることができた。 朝食も美味しく、無料アクテビティもあってホテルのサービス自体にはすごく満足した。 それを遥かに上回るホテルの古さと汚さにがっかりだった。

Great food, reasonable price and clean room

The food was expensive for the evening meal and not the best but breakfast was amazing. Staff were great but bar service could have been better with attention to detail such as serving the right drinks and giving matching glasses when we ordered win.

Long wait to check in, bathroom was dirty, limited in room dining options for families.

It has become very old and rusted. Not maintained. Restaurant was closed. Prices are extremely high Rooms are ordinary . Pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly

We found roaches and blood stained sheets! The beds are very uncomfortable! The property needs updating! The best part is the breakfast! They are delicious and the staff welcoming us were amazing. Sometimes, the service was iffy - not even water was given to us ;-(. Roos and wild birds were around the area so if you want that vibe, it’s a good place! But it’s not the resort/spa we were used too!

Stayed here for a special occasion weekend away recently, but what a rip-off! The resort was extremely run-down both inside and out. The 'beach lagoon' was unswimmable due to being full of thick and foul smelling weed. The room quality was old and basic with the king bed being just two beds pushed together with a VERY uncomfortable ridge in between. We ate both in the bistro area and in the main restaurant, where staff were friendly overall, though they appeared slightly embarrassed by the obviously poor value for money and unbelievably long wait times for the food. We paid $34 for a cheese platter, which arrived with 6 crackers, a strawberry, 1/2 slice of dried apple, 5 apricots, a tiny sliver each of cheddar and soft cheese, and some relish, which in total, left 2/3 of the platter empty! This Novotel is definitely nowhere near 5-star, and as a local, I will never return. They charge a 5-star price but deliver more of a dodgy caravan park vibe. When I realised I had left my brand new togs behind in the room after we had vacated, I called the hotel, who promised someone from housekeeping would investigate and call me back that day. After 4 phone calls over the following 2 weeks with the same promises but no call-backs, I gave up. Very grim service I'd say. The only saving grace was the lovely American gentleman Maitre D, and the wait staff, and if I were them, I'd take my amazing customer service skills somewhere that deserves them.

Great set up in the room with seperate storage / suitcase area

Staff were fantastic but the state of the room was very poor - especially for what it cost! We had an unclean floor, including a dead spider, the walls had something dripped down on it and even when showed to the evening staff was never cleaned off. We had a trail of ants marching in along the floors and walls which we had bug sprayed…..plus we saw paint peeling from along wall on entry and all over the bathroom ceiling. I feel the whole site is showing its age….would be ok if you were expecting a campsite or hostel!

Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä tuli todella niukasti tietoa. Huone siisti joskin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Sängyn patjat loppuun käytetty. Koko suurella alueella ainoastaan yksi tupakointipaikka, sekin ilman katosta ja törkyisessä kunnossa. Ravintola toimi moitteettomasti. Aamupala hyvä ja runsas. Tilatessa ruoka tuli nopeasti ja se oli hyvää.

Staff are so friendly and keen to help. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted immediately and then someone called the next day

The amenities were excellent and the staff were very good. The food was great and the portions we large ( my pizza and tiramisu would have served two easily). However I did find the room a little shabby and in need of some updates. There was no hot water in the shower but it worked in the sink which I couldn't understand. Also the hairdryer didn't work but I didn't find that out until my last morning. The location was lovely and I had a nice garden view room but I definitely feel they need to do some upgrades to bring the rooms up to a better standard because if you go by the lobby you expect a little more bang for your buck!

Staff were lovely. However the rooms and overall resort looked and felt tired.

Beautiful resort. Would have loved a longer stay.
