Rooms excellent condition. Outside needs light on the dark areas. Food served are less qty.

Great stay great location will come back

Everything was perfect for our cousin’s birthday party. Best showers ever when not over a tub. Our room was excellent and maintained very well. All staff were excellent and very helpful. Would return any time.

Nice location, beautiful pool area

The hotel is becoming quite dated and needs some urgent maintenance. The rooms are very dated and the carpet smells weird. The room I booked was supposed to have a queen and "twin" bed. We had a Queen and a single bed which was very small. The food from the restaurant was not good. Our burgers were burnt. The bar staff were not friendly or experiences. They couldn't make a spicy a margarita. The hot tub was not as hot as it was when we stayed 2 years ago and it was dirty. It's in a lovely location but it needs a major overhaul. No restaurants open late nearby.

We have stayed before property is in need of some maintenance in the accommodation side of things. Our room was neat and tidy however our mattress had see better days. We have come across this in the past. They definitely get there money’s worth out of mattresses. Buffet breakfast was lovely however the restaurant itself could do with a revamp. We’ve been going there for 13years and not much has changed.

Everything, it was beautiful

The hotel is in an amazing location and has great facilities, food and staff but really needs some love, there were holes in the roof of some of the walkways and paint peeling etc Such a shame because everything else is great. Special shout out to Emily in the restaurant who was just lovely and so helpful. In short, great hotel but dated. Spend some money Accor and bring this wonderful place back to its full glory!

Awsem staff

Rooms lacked any basic necessity like drinking water or bathroom amenities. Rooms were only cleaned upon request. Front desk staff had the attitude they didn’t want to be there. Far from the Accor standards.

Amazing resort with great amenities! The location is stunning.

Great location with lots of activities included for the price including kayaking and little caterman boats. Other options such as bike hire onsite at a reasonable price. Kangaroos around the grounds, right outside the apartment door. Staff were courteous and accommodating. The room itself was simple, but functional

All if it ! The room was ok but the bed was absolutely terrible.. the worst I’ve ever slept in ! It was hard and uneven , the pillows were very uncomfortable. It was muggy and hot ! The air conditioner wouldn’t work so couldn’t sleep! The check-in was really disappointing, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival , there was no politeness to it , staff couldn’t t care less as they were rushed off their feet! It took for me to go and enquire 45 minutes later for them to say sorry. No compensation offered. You also had to lug your suitcases up 2 flights of stairs! The food at the sola restaurant was terrible . I would never stay there again !

Room ok for overnight stay Room not very clean, mould in shower/bathroom. Very disappointing tv channel access. Could not even watch all free to air channels. The staff member that helped us was lovely and explained how embarrassing it was with the cost cuts with tv channels.

Staff were wonderful. The rooms are looking old and run down. Definitely in need of an update for the price to stay here. Beds were super comfortable.
