Staff very helpful.

This was our 3rd stay in as many years at the Novotel, Twin Waters. My husband and I absolutely love coming here. It has that ‘secluded’, cosy feel you crave on a couple getaway. We have zero complaints, which is why we’re planning another 2 getaways this year.

An excellent family resort. Very safe and with excellent professional staff.

Great place for familys, with water activities included in price. Rooms pretty average, beds a bit hard.would recommend staying a couple of nights.

Overall it was a lovely stay. However, the food was very disappointing, cheap and inedible, but charged at expensive prices. Outside of this we’d be happy to visit again. Seemed like a very family friendly resort.

Overrated. We were looking forward to our stay, but our stay was underwhelming. The room had only one lamp and no overhead lighting. There wasn’t a lift for our luggage. The receptionist didn’t give us any information on arrival other than where our room was. The breakfast was good but the evening dinner was poor. The photos did not reflect the quality of the room. A shame as we were looking forward to our stay

Very dated, could use a facelift.

Where did it end. We ordered a baby cot on checking it it never arrived, tried to call reception 3 times and no one answered. The place was filthy our baby had black legs and feet from the dirt on the floor. There was blood on the toilet door. I went to the bar and tried to order a drink but could not room charge despite providing a credit card on check in. This happened 3 times and had to carry my phone in wet areas just to pay for a drink. The next morning rang 3 times no answer had to call the outside line from my mobile. Then tried to use the gym and my card wouldn’t work. I’ve been travelling around the world for over 30 years and have never seen a more poorly run resort. I paid $700 a night for the room and could not relax once.

Everything was beautiful

Underwhelming for price. Resort where as many rooms in double story concrete blocks are arranged around lovely gardens. Not my cup of tea. Breakfast variety was good but kinda cold. Entrance to reception is lovely.

No better than a pub stay

The hotel was lovely. The only thing that ruined our stay was the restaurant. No table service ,and the food was terrible . Being such a lovely venue the restaurant needs some improvement .

Great stay, lovely staff, hard to find apartment and aircon was quite noisy during the night but overall a nice stay.
