シービューを予約しましたが、目の前にビルがあり部分的にしか眺望を楽しめず、相談したところ他の部屋を複数案内して頂きました。結果的には当初の部屋のままにしましたが、こちらの意に沿うように奮闘してくれたレセプションのスタッフ、Paulo, Alexに感謝しています。 また飛行機の予約トラブルに親身に対応してくれたコンシェルジュのAlemao, フレンドリーに接してくれたウェイトレスのKarenのおかげでリマの滞在が思い出深いものになりました。

Good view! Certainly not luxurious ....not 5 stars !

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Lima. Had a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. Only downside was the pool is only open until 5pm making it unavailable after a long day of exploring. Otherwise very clean and well kept. Pleasant staff and easy check in process.

Very clean. Food was delicious and all staff were gracious and helpful. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures and is on the end of the rooftop bar.

Just the bathroom needs a slight update, issue with the shower draining and they still have a curtain, which is dated and not hygienic

Great hotel overlooking the ocean. Clean and roomy bedroom, great bar and restaurant. Pool and bar on the roof top. What's not to love?!

Fabulous hotel! Well placed for exploring Milaflores, this hotel was an excellent first stop on our tour of Peru. Lovely fresh and bright common parts, wonderful breakfast (don’t miss the French toast!) and amazing staff who could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ate at the Kimo restaurant on 17th floor and had an excellent meal, with food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut, Zimmer, Service, Frühstück. Auch die Abholung vom Flughafen ($ 50) hat super funktioniert. Einziges Manko, extra ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und ein Zimmer zur Seite bekommen. Ich habe 2 Fotos zum Ausblick aus dem Zimmer angefügt, einmal laut Beschreibung und einmal die Realität.

My stay at the Souma Hotel Lima, Vignette Collection was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every detail exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and professional throughout my entire stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and many local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. I also felt very safe during my stay. The hotel had strong security measures in place, including cameras throughout the property, which added an extra level of comfort and peace of mind. Overall, this hotel went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lima and would absolutely stay here again.

Comfy mattress and the best pillows ever(I forgot to ask what brand they are so I can buy some). Amazing rooftop bar. Will stay here again. Jimmy the bartender was awesome.
