シービューを予約しましたが、目の前にビルがあり部分的にしか眺望を楽しめず、相談したところ他の部屋を複数案内して頂きました。結果的には当初の部屋のままにしましたが、こちらの意に沿うように奮闘してくれたレセプションのスタッフ、Paulo, Alexに感謝しています。 また飛行機の予約トラブルに親身に対応してくれたコンシェルジュのAlemao, フレンドリーに接してくれたウェイトレスのKarenのおかげでリマの滞在が思い出深いものになりました。

Excellent location and modern clean rooms

Souma was such a treat during our stay in the region. The hotel is fantastic and offers lovely experiences (including free yoga and pisco sour making classes). Their customer service is second to none - responding to everything we needed during our stay, and ensuring we had a beautiful welcome as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, near a ton of things to do. The bar on the roof top is delicious and fun.

Staff was phenomenal. Daniel at check-in, Pedro with the Pisco tasting, and Enzo helping us with dinner reservations... 5-stars all around and a terrific experience.

The Souma was a great hotel. The rooftop was awesome - served as the pool and lounge area during the day and then an amazing view for sunset (and a bumping bar/restaurant) at night. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. They had all the amenities you'd want. The inclusion of the Pisco Ritual was amazing, really felt like we were getting a taste of Peru. Centrally located and easy to walk (or a quick uber) to a ton of restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - lots of options.

Modern and clean suite, excellent shower, good location. Just, can't really see the seaview given days are usually foggy, but it's not the fault of the hotel.
