シービューを予約しましたが、目の前にビルがあり部分的にしか眺望を楽しめず、相談したところ他の部屋を複数案内して頂きました。結果的には当初の部屋のままにしましたが、こちらの意に沿うように奮闘してくれたレセプションのスタッフ、Paulo, Alexに感謝しています。 また飛行機の予約トラブルに親身に対応してくれたコンシェルジュのAlemao, フレンドリーに接してくれたウェイトレスのKarenのおかげでリマの滞在が思い出深いものになりました。

O Hotel é muito bem localizado com suítes amplas e uma vista linda (fiquei na suíte vista mar). O staff é muito simpático e hotel tem um bar no rooftop ideal para ver o pôr do sol e um restaurante muito bom no penúltimo andar. Voltando a Lima, ficarei novamente no hotel.

Rigtig skønt og helt nyt hotel. Værelserne har en fin størrelse og man kan ikke høre noget larm fra hverken gaden eller fra de andre værelser. Der er en bar på toppen, med en smuk udsigt over havet og solnedgang. Her var betjeningen dog ikke særlig venlig.

Decent room, not that great views from premium sea view … very poor service in restaurants even though frank is great his staff is very bad with customer service especially 27 tapas is very bad service Pool is with the restaurant and outside guests are there making noise

Excellent hotel and location. Beautiful rooftop views. The only minor downside was the limited food options in the breakfast buffet.

Everything was excellent. Terrific and stylish hotel in great location. Breakfast great and huge variety -just hope they don't throw out any food not eaten but give it away. Will be back.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional—from Alemao at the concierge to the restaurant staff and everyone throughout the property. The space was immaculate and had the most calming, pleasant scent. From the moment you walk through the doors, the fragrance creates an immediate sense of welcome and relaxation. Truly an outstanding experience.

Room-standard was top-notch. Breakfast was superb. Well equipped gym.

This is a lovely hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms were large and beds very comfortable. The roof top pool bar is stunning and very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
