I stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didn’t have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other group’s ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!

I stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didn’t have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other group’s ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!

Frokosten var nydelig med mange valgmuligheter. I lobbyen var det en liten fin kaffebar som også hadde småretter. Hotellet lå perfekt plassert og vi fikk god hjelp til å planlegge oppholdet vårt.

Zu wenig liegestühle auf der rooftop am pool - allgemein pool area viel zu klein für so ein grosses hotel, beim checkout wurde auch nicht gefragt wie der aufenthalt war, zimmer war sehr sauber, leider zu wenig amenities im zimmer für ein 5 sterne hotel.

Souma was such a treat during our stay in the region. The hotel is fantastic and offers lovely experiences (including free yoga and pisco sour making classes). Their customer service is second to none - responding to everything we needed during our stay, and ensuring we had a beautiful welcome as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you!

The Souma was a great hotel. The rooftop was awesome - served as the pool and lounge area during the day and then an amazing view for sunset (and a bumping bar/restaurant) at night. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough. They had all the amenities you'd want. The inclusion of the Pisco Ritual was amazing, really felt like we were getting a taste of Peru. Centrally located and easy to walk (or a quick uber) to a ton of restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - lots of options.
