最高の立地です。個人のアパートを貸し出す会社が管理しており、予約をすると管理会社から英語のメールが入ります。チェックインの1時間前に電話で到着時間を伝えて、担当者がエントランスに来るので部屋でチェックインの手続きをします。朝早く着いたので10時半からチェックインしてもらえました。 4泊しましたが、滞在中はタオル取り替えや掃除は入りません。シャンプーは小さな物が一人ひとつづつ有りましたがリンスは購入しました。 30階の海の見える2ベッドルーム、リビングもキッチンも綺麗で最高でした。 日本人なら英語力が必要ですが、担当者は親切で丁寧ですし、レンタカー借りても駐車場あります。価格も信じられないくらいにお得で、次も利用したいです。 サーファーズパラダイスの中心に近く、ショッピングセンターとコールズの真上のユニットで、立地最高でした。

個人のオーナーからお借りした部屋は、広いリビングダイニングに２ベット２バスルームで快適に過ごすことができました。 階下にはショッピングモールがあるので、スーパーで食材を買って朝・夜は自炊をしました。 今回使用しませんでしたが、６階ののプールエリアも広く、砂が引き詰められビーチを感じさせる作りで素敵でした。 退出する際には、ごみをかたずけ、きれいに掃除をして部屋を出ます。 海外で生活をする感覚で利用するのにおすすめです。

急なレイトチェックインでしたが、良く対応してくれました。ロケーションも最高！コンドミニアム内にはプールやジムがあり、下に降りると直結でスーパーやレストランなどがあります。 小さな遊園地も近くにありますし、Cavill Aveにも5分で歩けます。 部屋もとても広くて、2家族で利用できますし、料理もできるので、子連れにも楽です。 タオルは備えてありましたが、Condominiumなので清掃はありません。 快適なので、次回も利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

The appartment was very basic in terms of fitout and furnishings( kitchen utensils etc). Only one large and one small towel per person per stay regardless of the length (12 day stay in our case) which was quite insufficient IMO, even though there is laundry ( which is the management agency argument ) 2 towels pp would be a bare minimum given the length of stay. No service midway again didn't expect a clean but a re-supply of towels would have been nice given the length of stay. There should be different service depending on the duration of stay, so in our case, staying 12 days and to be "treated" the same as someone staying for 5 or 7 doesn't make sense. So a mini service at least say every 7 days at least would make sense.

The property was not in any way clean enough. Definately under paar.

Would not stay here again. Do not recommend this apartment. I have stayed at the chevon before in a different apartment which was much nicer then this one.

Coastal Letting Co are terrible to deal with as a third party agency. The apartment was apparently ‘No Pets’ but half was through our stay our son kept getting rashes and his eczema kept flaring up. We then notice cat or dog hair all over the carpet and within the property. The property was also advertised as ‘premium bedding’ this is a joke. 2 singles joint together with a fitted sheet keeping them together. To join on the two beds was really annoying and also has no blankets. We had to request for blankets. Will never be using Coastal Letting Co or staying at the Chevron again.

The tv that had access to all network channels like Disney+, YouTube, ect. The wifi The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Excellent location in surfers paradise for our family of 5, with stunning views. The check-in process was not smooth on a weekend, & instructions to find carpark were non-existent, but got there after 4 phone calls to afterhours. Apartment was spacious and clean, with some things in need of repair. WIFI was very weak and often nonexistent, which would have made our rating higher.

Fire sprinkler in main bedroom leaked the entire trip.

We changed rooms after the 1st night. The 1st room was very 2 star, not what we paid for. The ocean view was the only thing worth paying for. A few things we were not happy about which is why we asked to change. The room we were moved to was exactly what we originally wanted. Even though it was on the opposite side and had river views, it was still beautiful.

Property was great . Views from all directions.. Heidi at coastal letting co is highly recommended for letting through .. very helpful .. thanks Expedia for the help through our stays ..

It was convenient and affordable. Central to main Surfers Paradise

The overall property was quite nice however things were a bit old. Some new utensils would be good.

Likes - great views and community pools! Dislikes - noisy as windows in bedrooms no longer seal (one with paper note indicating danger do not open as hinge broken) and kitchen appliances / cooking utensils in need of upgrade.

Location location and public transportation

Check in was easy, although located offsite it was an easy process and the online component made it easy. Once in the hotel,we had to guess which tower our parking was in, luckily we guessed correctly and entered tower 1. We were allocated room 1076, for those who are staying after us i'll make it easy for you- enter through the roller door,go to the first level and turn right and then right again,your parking is right there-we drove for at least 15 minutes as there is no real method to the parking! Room 1076-located on level 7- this was not communicated to us so we had to call the rental place to find out. The corridoors smell like too much room freshner,and once we found our room we disconnected the room freshener because it was so strong and overpowering. The first night after a big drive from Sydney i was keen on a bath,only to be greeted by 10-12 cockroaches, we had to run to the coles downstairs to buy spray and used it throughout our stay-the influx of ants all over the kitchen benches ( we hadn't left any food out as we had only just arrived) The bed was comfy and the overall apartment was comfortable for 2 people The TV in the bedroom didn't have any signal. The pool area and the BBQ areas are great within the hotel and we loved Bar Italia downstairs for breakfast and a really good coffee,the light rail is a 2 minute walk and so is the beach.

Terrible apartment. Filthy, and not what was advertised. Expedia advertised an apartment for let by Coastal Lettings Co. my child had to sleep on the floor as there wasn’t enough beds as stated. Blood on walls, Slime in toaster, health and safety issues, grime everywhere. Was a dump!

Unfortunately for a property of it's type and cost we were disappointed. We were presented with a main toilet that didn't work properly and missing a lock on the door, a blocked bathtub drain and insufficient basic items in the kitchen and living areas such as a water jug and cushions, amongst others. When added to the internet service being down for 3.5 days and told to deal directly with the provider, where we were basically ignored, and a ground level that was very smelly for our entire 10 day stay it made for a disappointing accommodation where we'd be reluctant to return to. Thankfully, the Qld weather and great view from the 37th floor meant we enjoyed our holiday nonetheless.
