Room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and kind. They gave me some advices. Great location!! Easy to access to the bus stop of route3 & route12. Moreover, it's not so far to walk from downtown. Reasonable price!! I could save a lot compared to Banff. Not only the price but also I really like the atmosphere of the town. I prefer canmore for staying.

Unfortunately, we were impacted by avalanche control road closures and were unable to get to this property on the night of the reservation. The communication with the hotel was excellent the whole time and they were most helpful and understanding. A refund was issued without any hassle on our part - we are very grateful for their great service and prompt response.

N/A for air as was winter still. The room was clean and very nice, but simple. Parking was adequate.

Clean rooms excellent customer service and plenty of restaurant around the restaurant awsm view

The rooms are next to the parking and that was a problem the whole night. First was a guy with with the engine running for more than 2 hours outside our window, then the same guy later night try to get imto our room and other scaring us, was an awful night.

This is the second time this ski season I’ve stayed at this location. It provides easy access to drive to Nakiska, Louise, Sunshine Village or Norquay. The check-in is very convenient that allows you to do so ahead of time then you’re given access code to your room and room number via email the day of your arrival. The only thing I didn’t necessarily enjoy is the room I was given was on main floor had about an inch of open space under the room door. As a result I could see the footwear of people walking in hallway and all sounds from hallway could be hear loud and clear. The room in question is 116.
