Room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and kind. They gave me some advices.
Great location!! Easy to access to the bus stop of route3 & route12. Moreover, it's not so far to walk from downtown.
Reasonable price!! I could save a lot compared to Banff. Not only the price but also I really like the atmosphere of the town. I prefer canmore for staying.

Hotel stay was nice the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little dissatisfied how they advertised the dog stay. Said dogs stay for free but when we got there we find they increased the price of the “dog” room by about $40. Devious marketing!

Where to start?! Great location, fabulous welcome from the staff, great room with the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time, super clean, and loved the fridge/microwave. And did I say great rates? The value for what we paid was excellent. Bonus: Bankhead restaurant is attached to the hotel (no need to go outside even) and the food snd service were fantastic. The restaurant even has international breakfast options (Indian, Philipino, Eastern European etc). We’ll definitely use this as our mountain base in the future.

Part of the Basecamp group (Sky and her husband) this lower-end 2-star motel checks all the requirements for the rest of us travelers on a budget. What makes it stand out is the renovated rooms, mattress quality and clranliness of the hardworking personnel that make your exlerience memorable.
