The hotel was great! The hotel is perfect for any type of trip to Canmore. The location is close to many restaurants and is not in an area that has too much traffic. 100% would stay there again!

Walls are paper thin but the rooms are very cute. Staff are friendly but allow residents to disturb others after quieter hours. I had a horrible sleep both nights due to disturbing noise from the hall way.

Check in was done swiftly online. We showed up and went straight to our room. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean and decently roomy with lots of counter space. Beds were comfy (which is rare for me). Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. The outlets weren't all working properly so we had trouble charging our phones next to the bed side. Outside each window is a security light and it prevents the room from getting completely dark at night. Lastly, the HVAC is loud when it kicks on. It kept waking up my spouse.

I was charged in US dollars to start with... by expedia... then I booked last minute and when I saw my bill I wass charged an additional 16$ us for cancellation?? I never agreed to that at all... a lot of extra fees included...WHAT a RIP OFF>..
