Great stay overall! The room was very clean, check-in/out was a breeze, and the location is highly convenient to the highway and town center. Plus, our room had a gorgeous mountain view, and the Rocky Mountain products were a fantastic touch.
The only downside was when we were about to leave: we saw that linens removed from other rooms had been collected but were placed along the hallways and on parts of the stairs. Navigating around them with big, heavy luggage felt like a bit of a safety risk. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Well positioned hotel for travellers driving into the Rockies. Good sized rooms and the fridge was useful during our stay. A great and affordable way to spend a few days heading into the Banff area. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Only negative was noisey guests talking loudly in the corridor late at night and also at 4am in the morning.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was handy, great breakfast menu but dinner menu was not really to my liking. Only 2 floors so there wasn’t so many people around and the mountain view is always spectacular. We were on the main floor with a patio door that led outside to a piece of grass. There should be chairs and a patio to sit on so you could stay outside. Bed was good, pillow selection was good and the room was clean.

this was an absolutely gorgeous room with a view of the mountains. It was clean, easy to get to from the highway. It had a deck which blew my mind. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again. Also, very very quiet.
