ビリュニスで3年間にここを含めて4箇所のホテルに泊まりました。 が、1番ガッカリしたホテルでした。 良かった点: 朝食、 残念だった点: ホテル予約サイトに記載されている内容と異なる バスローブ無し、シャンパンサービス無し、 まず、バスローブが部屋に無かったのでレセプションに確認したが、クラッシックルームにはなくスペリアルーム用のサービスとのことで、ホテル側の責任では無い、予約サイトに連絡する様にと言われました。 部屋に紅茶のティーバッグが4袋あったので1袋マイボトルで持ち出した。出かけて夕方に戻ると残りの3袋が無くなっていた。気持ちが悪いので調べる様に依頼したが音沙汰無しです。 シャワールームの排水がスムーズで無く、溢れないように気を使いながらお湯を使った。受付に伝えたら明日確認すると言われました。シャワーも満足に浴びれないなんて、とても残念な対応です。 部屋は綺麗ですが、泊まった部屋はカーテンが窓から離れている為、バスルームから出る際、部屋の窓から見て左上の廊下？から見えます。カーテンしていても見えているのは想定外です。 部屋のセーフティーボックスは位置が悪く使いにくい。 セーフティーボックスの上の棚が可動式で、お皿が置いてありますが、机の引き出しに入れた方が良いと思います。 スマートTVは使い勝手悪いです。 防音仕様の客室　と記載されていますが、クーラーの室外機/洗濯機の音？が夜中聞こえていてぐっすり眠れませんでした。 バスローブの件は滞在中にサイトのヘルプデスクに連絡しました。今日現在、記載内容は変更されていません。 旅行中にこんな事で時間を取りたくなかったので、残りの件は明日以降、再度ヘルプデスクに連絡予定です。

The hotel was clean and good facilities. Also they were so nice and kind to us. We had to leave for the airport at 7:30am which is the breakfast starting time. They organized to prepare the breakfast 20 min earlier for us, and we could have it before leaving. We appreciated their hospitality.

スタッフが素晴らしい、朝食は、種類も豊富で味も最高でした。また、何度も出来立てを追加していたので、最高のおもてなしと思う。是非、また宿泊したい。

朝食が地下まだ降りて、洞窟のようで素敵だった。そして品数がかなりあり、とても満足。コインランドリーの場所も丁寧に教えてくれ、フロントの対応もすごくよかった。

旧市街の入口（暁の門）から入ってすぐで、鉄道駅やバスセンターからも徒歩圏です。部屋は新しく改装したような感じで、シャワーのお湯もすぐに出たので快適でした。朝食もよかった。フロントの方はフレンドリーとは言い難いですがタクシーを依頼すると料金の安い（ユーバーもどき？）を手配してくれたので助かりました。

バスステーション、鉄道駅から徒歩10分以内、スーパーは近くにあり、夜明けの門がすぐで観光にも便利。 近くにレストランも豊富。 ヴィルニュスに来た時はまた泊まりたいです。

Our experience at St. Palace was absolutely amazing! The staff was kind and helpful, and recommended some great places that we ate. It is priced fairly, the elevator and air conditioning were nice perks, and it’s very centrally located. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful hotel with a fantastic location. We got there a little early and was able to put our luggage in the holding room and the very helpful lady on reception even called us when the room was ready. It was my partners birthday and they upgraded us to a suite and breakfast which was a lovely gesture. Great hotel, very clean, superb location and fantastic staff. Would definitely stop again.

Huoneesta puuttui hiusten hoitoaine, suihkulakki, ompelutarvikkeet ja muut yleiset matkalaisten tarvitsemat asiat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huone oli siisti ja hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Naapurista kuului hieman ääniä.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vilnius. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, near Gate of Dawn (Aušros Vartai). It’s incredibly convenient, with the entire Old Town within easy walking distance, and the airport is only about a 7-minute taxi ride away. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water. The hotel also has an ironing room with an ironing board and iron available for guests, which was very convenient. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and helpful amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Vilnius.

We stayed at this hotel for a week long visit. We were upgraded on arrival which was a very nice touch. Our room was palatial and had a great view. Great location, right next to Gates of Dawn and Old Town Vilnius. The breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. They ask you if you want breakfast when you check in but don't tell you the cost and it's hard to add breakfast later, if you change your mind. The restaurant is good as well; we went there for dinner one night. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The tub was not cleaned for a few days. The shower gel dispensers was not refilled during our stay so we barely had any on our last night. The hand soap dispenser was not refilled half way through our stay so we had to ask for assistance and received more shampoo and conditioner bottles before finally getting hand soap. The staff is not friendly but help when needed. Given the location and amenities, I would stay here again.
