Check in OK Room very small and smelt of damp, couldn’t leave the window open as lots of outside noise so had to put up with the stink. TV wasn’t tuned. Bad night’s sleep with people coming and going, smell and room temp

Breakfast was good but limited if you're staying for multiple nights. Diner buffet not used but looked fine. Aircon in the bar/food area was too cold for me, couldn't comfortably have a drink in the evening.

Room wasn’t ready upon check in The mattress was hard. When asked for a mattress topper they didn’t know offer or have this as an option. My room was not cleaned when I was out from 9:15-midnight Breakfast was basic

Staff was super helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the bathroom sink was very small.

Good size room. AC did not cook the room until we called downstairs to turn it up. We had to book due to a canceled flight. I feel it was very pricey compared to other accommodations we have stayed in the UK.

Fire alarm went off 3 times. Mini fridge in room not working

Room was tiny. We were in Queen room. Aircon was great. Very quiet and had a good sleep. Shower was nice. It was a compact room you could only sleep in.

Recnetly renovated and excellent air conditioning

O hotel é novo e limpo, apesar de ter quartos pequenos e garagem apertada. O bairro ao redor é bem sinistro, uma espécie de subúrbio. Localização próxima a um pequeno Shopping center e apenas dez minutos do aeroporto. Se for só para passar a noite e ir para aeroporto eu recomendo.

Ett bra hotell som ligger i ett bra läge i Luton. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig. Bra parkering bakom hotellet.

Hotel was fine Hard to find car park and spaces are tiny. Also as you haven’t booked in you can’t get from car park to reception The booking states breakfast included but when you come down it’s only for one person what on earth. Getting out of the car park is even worse As they were busy with breakfast we had to ring external bell (through gate) as inside wasn’t working When it eventually moved it almost severed my wife’s arm Loads of better places in the area
