立地条件がとてもいいし、部屋も素晴らしい。 チェックインが別のホテルというのは分かりにくいし、予約したホテルとは違うホテルになった。 しかし、同経営の系列ホテルではあるし、素晴らしい部屋ではあったので、結果的には良かったと言える。

1800年代の建物がならぶケベックの旧市街の中に立つホテル。フロントやサービス自体は向かいにあるHOTEL ACADIAが行っており，このホテル自体はそのアネックス（別館）と考えれば良い。施設や心地よさはヨーロッパのホテルのようなコンパクトながら快適な感じ。フロントは英語・フランス語が必要だが，丁寧に聞いてくれるので，片言の英語が大丈夫ならほぼ問題はない。

素敵なお部屋でとても気に入りましたが1点だけ。 備え付けのコンディショナーのボトルにハンドソープと思われるものが入っていました。すぐに受付に連絡しましたが、何も対応して頂けませんでした。翌日、マネージャーの方にもお伝えしたのですが、真摯な対応はしていただけませんでした。 コンディショナーさえ持参していれば完璧な滞在にできたのだと思います。残念です。

どこに行くのも徒歩圏内。モントリオールから、夜間にバスでついたので、その時はタクシー利用しましたが、チップ込みで８ドルでした。（のぼり坂、夜間のため、賢い選択だったと思います。）しかし、帰りは下り坂で徒歩１５分で駅です。観光スポットがすべて近く最高のロケーション。チェックインが別のホテル（建物）だったので、最初とまどいました。（よく見ると張り紙で受付場所が示されていました。）また、エレベーターがなく、狭い階段のみなので、大きな思いスーツケースを持った女性には向かないかもしれません。私は、３階で小さな荷物だったので、問題なく、部屋もおしゃれで設備も掃除も行き届いていました。受付の方も親切に駅までのわかりやすい道等、説明してくれて助かりました。値段の割に満足度の高いホテルでよかったと思います。

内装、設備はとても新しくて綺麗。FreeWiFiも快適に使える。立地も悪くない。

アップグレードしてくれた部屋は清潔感はあるし、趣きがあり、すこし広かったものの、このあたりのホテルにはありがちな半地下部分でやや閉塞感、圧迫感あり。FreeWiFiも電波が弱くほとんど接続できず。

内装は木の温もり溢れる可愛いお部屋で、女の子は喜ぶと思います。 洗面台が寝室にあり、バス、トイレとは離れていたのがよかったです。 フロントは斜め前にある、ホテルアカディアです。 こちらのホテルはガイドブックにも載ってるので、迷わずいけました。 早朝到着後したのですが、荷物も預かってくれました。 チェックインは15時です。預けた荷物は、親切にも離れの部屋まで運んでくれてました！ 朝食は時間なかったためナシにしました。 こちらのホテルは階段のみで、三階だてです。 荷物が多い方は大変かもしれません。

新旧市街地の境に近く市内散策に最適。ホテルの前の道は観光馬車のコースになっている。チェックインの場所と宿泊ホテルが別の場所で離れているため少し戸惑った。フロントに用事がある度に一度外の通りに出なければならず不便だった。ホテルの周囲は住宅地のため飲食店がホテルから少し離れたところにあった。夜はとても静かで快適だった。

２１歳の女2人で宿泊しました。 ダブルサイズのベッドの部屋でしたが、 部屋の中はアンティーク風でかわいい雰囲気でした。 観光地にも近くて方向音痴の私でも迷いませんでした！ エレベーターがないので、重い荷物を持った方だとチェックインする際は大変ですね。 (チェックイン時はスタッフが手伝ってくれます) お風呂場のシャンプーなどのアメニティ(?)がないので 持参しなくてはなりません。その点だけ抜けばとてもリーズナブルだと思います。

The self checkin was easy and the room was clean and comfortable, although being an older building, the bathroom was small. There wasn't a staff person at reception but directions were easy to follow. The parking lot was a few blocks away and it was a little difficult to navigate a busy downtown during the festival.

Pleins de fourmis dans la chambre et sur le lit. Je n’y retournerai plus, c’est fini pour moi. En plus pas de stationnement, donc très peu convivial.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for Quebec city centre but we were unhappy with the service. There were no staff on site for much of the time we were there. Maintenance problems were not dealt with. Any references to ‘limited available parking’ or breakfast proved tendentious. There was no parking and there was no breakfast at the hotel.

건물은 오래 되었지만, 청결하고, 필요한 모든게 잘 갖춰져 있음. 단 리셉션에 사람이 없으므로 맞은편 아카디아 호텔에 가서 얘기하면 모든게 해결됨. 같은 계열인듯. 주차, 체크 아웃 후에 짐 맡기는 것등을 아카디아 직원이 다 해결해줌

Check in went well with code. The AC was good as well as the coffee machine. The floor was very dirty (my white socks turned black immediately). There was half a sub from Subways in the fridge (maybe a leftover from the previous guest). The bed was way too soft (my lower back still hurts). The shower was leaking (wet bathroom floor immediately). +Mould in shower. There was only one bin (located next to toilet). Price was good for the location close to city center, but cleanliness must be improved!

Parking is the issue, usually staff is recommending the parking at 79 Rue Dauphine, unfortunately 2 out of 4 nights was not able to park there, due to parking was full. It will be good if they can reserve a few spots for the hotel only. Otherwise the hotel was great

Bien situé. Pas personne à l accueil mais très bien organisé et expliqué c est très facile. Belle vielle maison bien entretenue. Très propre, ça sent bon! Lit et literie très confortable. J avais un peu peur à cause de certains commentaires que j avais lu mais je regrette pas mon séjour d une nuit seulement. Oui c est vieux mais c est très propre, cute et surtout confortable et calme! J y retournerai volontiers pour le prix aussi qui était plus abordable que d autres hôtels

The room was clean and everything was in great condition.

That was overall a very bad experience. The room floor was sticky and dirty, the shower is full of mould. The TV did not work because the owner did not pay the cable company…. We did call the owner and his assistant called me back and all he said is that the room was clean and the TV should be working … and that was it. I understand he always rent it to tourists because he is well located and for that reason he doesn’t care about any complaints. I strongly advise clients not to go there.
