I'd definitely stay here again

For the money in London excellent value Also pub right next to car park

The room was very warm so had window open all night. Staff were very friendly.

Although in a quiet location, hotel needed a bit more soundproofing. Clean and comfortable. Ideal for nights stay before or after a long flight.

Very clean and tidy but the room was too hot will stay again

Stayed with my 3 daughters for 1 night, beautiful building hidden away amongst the houses, great welcome from the man at the desk, great sized family room, my youngest asked if we could live there! Does need modernising in some areas and a deep clean but we would stay again. Very good price too.

Very warm and comfortable stay

Stayed one night before a morning flight. Had room that comfortably slept four adults. Access easy and check out simple. Would use again if flying from Gatwick

Weird no reception staff at all. When I arrived the door was locked and I was texted a code to unlock it. The whole stay no staff were in the building

It was so nice to. Be in in this hotel, expct the heat condition inside the room , everything was perfect.

Unable to stay, as room unavailable due to maintenance. Staff lovely, offered to refund, but cannot until Expedia initiates refund. Contacted Expedia, but haven’t received a reply. Would like to get my money back!

Comfortable but tiny room. Cleaners need to be more detailed with changing tea spoon & bathroom drink cup.

Smallish room but adequate for us. A few repairs needed but it is a very old building. It was warm and comfortable with everything one would expect. Would book again.

The walls were too thin you could hear the person next door gagging and coughing most of the night we had a early flight had to get up at 3.45 not the hotel's fault but not a good start too our holiday.

Helt ok hotell for noen dager i Crawley. 15 min. å gå fra jernbanestasjonen. Kun 5 min. å gå til fotballstadion til Crawley FC. Vi var der for å se fotball så derfor lå dette hotellet helt perfekt til. Lå også like ved siden av den lokale puben. Hotellet er enkelt og har ikke betjent resepsjon. Ok senger. Dette er et billig hotell og du du får litt hva du betaler for. Aanbefale hvis du ikke er for nøye og ønsker nærhet til fotballbanen.

The room and bathroom were ok, but the bathroom needs a little time and money spent. Room 301 needs sink tap securing, hot water did not turn on, no plug in sink. Also noisy extractor fan (needs clean), no window in bathroom. Also redundant fixings need sorting or removal (?shelf or cup/toothbrush holder). A half hour work and £10 would sort.
