Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, did our Landry, folded, and placed in the room. Bed comfortable. AC cold. Snacks available. Bathroom roomy.

Perfect location for the cruise port!

Excellent hotel stay at Hotel Smart Cruise. Very clean room and the beds were really comfortable. They also provide an airport transfer (at an additional cost) which was ideal. Hotel is situated 2 mins walk from Cruise shuttle buses. There’s also a tasty pizzeria on the corner.

Staff has been incredible. We were caught up in the transportation strike and hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a room and transportation. Can’t say enough about HSC.

HSC is one of nicest places we have ever stayed. The staff John, Raphaela, Luca were so welcoming. The rooms were so clean. Continental breakfast. Comfortable easy walking distance to eateries. Stay here before your Cruise you’ll want to stay here again

Beautiful fresh rooms that are immaculate with everything you need for an overnight stay before joining a cruise - we used their transport from the airport - we were given clear instructions plus photos of the meeting point at the airport - we were met by Luca who was polite and friendly and very informative of the area etc. - we will most definitely use this hotel and its services again.

Located right near the port! Staff was excellent! I want to mention that John and a female staff member (so sorry we forgot her name!) quickly resolve the devasting problem when someone accidently took our garment bag (it had our attire for a wedding were going to attend after the cruise) to their cruise ship while we were having lunch and waiting for our room to be prepared for check-in. Fortunately, they were able to get to the port and retrieve our garment bag which now included a bottle of prosecco!

Luca and his team did a great job! The hotel looks new and is convenient to port as well as a great pizza place and seafood restaurant for dinner. Hotel also had transportation available from airport and to port for a fare fee.
