部屋がキレイ バルコニーがカッコいい

大変清潔で人あたりも良く、目の前にはミニスーパーがあり本当に便利です。 また毎日お部屋の中にはお水が１本無料提供される上、地下一階で12時〜20時までは無料でお水・紅茶・ペプシコーラ・ファンタオレンジみたいなジュース・ファミレスのような珈琲マシーンによるサービスがあります。 物価高のヨーロッパで本当に助かりました。　その上、チェックアウト時には、お土産まで頂戴しました。 今回３度目のサンセバスチャンで初めて利用したホテルですが、次回もこちらを利用したいと思っています。

スタッフが親切

旧市街までは徒歩で10分程歩きますが、非常に綺麗で特に不満はありませんでした。 強いて言うなら、シャワーの水圧が少し弱めでした。 近くにスーパーやパン屋もあり、色々と便利でした。

街歩きをするにはとても良いロケーションでした

This hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes walk to the old town where there are many BAL. The staff are very kind. Also, since I had to check out early, they booked a taxi for me.They prepared a breakfast box in the next morning according to this situation.

鉄道駅、バスターミナルにも近く、バルが密集する旧市街も徒歩15分程度。 大通に面してわかりやすい場所にあります。 向えには小さなスーパーもありますし、近辺にはコーヒーショップも多々。 ホテルも新しそうで綺麗です。部屋も良いです。 ただ一つだけ、シャワーのお湯の勢いがとても弱いです。

Beds are super hard. No choices in pillows. No hair conditioner in rooms. No iron or steamer.

Nice and clean hotel. And close to the center, old town, trainstation and busstation.

Often the reality is not quite what was expected. This visit was quite the opposite. I would have no qualms recommending a stay here. Really can’t say much more than the excellent rating that is well deserved.

Stay was fine, but disappointing for the price. Requested a double room and got a twin, was aggressively upsold an upgrade as the only option to have a double. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Nice staff, clean room, location is good, AC is good, many sockets, everything is perfect

The hotel is well located but it lacks amenities I’d expect (such as tea / coffee in the rooms). The reception is very small, so it feels cramped.
